This study aims to analyze the extent to which environmental behavior manifests and assess the capacity and incentive driving forces that affect the environmental behavior of actors in the red brick industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted through questionnaires, data processing, and analysis of descriptive and inferential data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed that the environmental behavior of actors in the red brick industry was less good (12.12%), pretty good (69.69%), and good (18.18%). This study utilized the capacity and incentive variables as driving forces. The variables that contribute to capacity can be categorized as environmental knowledge, social capital, financial capital, natural capital, and physical capital. On the other hand, the incentive variables specifically encompass market signals and government incentives. Neither of the variables have been effective in motivating environmental behavior toward a better or optimal direction. Moreover, their concurrent influence on environmental behavior was weak (8.2%). The study of human behavior focuses on the causal chain. It is, therefore, multi-dimensional, meaning that control or influence of certain factors over behavior is relatively difficult to achieve. The Jakarta region was chosen because it is in the middle of the country's capital. Methods: This study used quantitative methods, the population was 356 lecturers, the number of samples studied was 188 lecturers from 10 participating private universities. The research focus of the college is accredited "B". The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data was analyzed using SEM-PLS. Results: The study are expected to provide input related to quality issues in the Jakarta area. The findings show that quality culture has a significant effect on competitiveness directly or indirectly mediated by knowledge management. The novelty of this study is that knowledge management was found to be able to mediate between quality culture and competitiveness. Conclusion: For the policies of university leaders in decision making in the implementation of a quality culture built from internal quality assurance and integrating knowledge management to all unit leaders to utilize knowledge as a driver of innovation in building higher education competitiveness. It explores the first digital bank created in Slovakia, its origin, expectations, results, and expertise transmitted from the daughter company to the Austrian headquarters. The paper analyses the situation of Raiffeisen Bank International, headquartered in Vienna, and its digital daughter company ZUNO founded in Slovakia in 2010. It identifies the learnings transferred to the parent in digital banking, marketing, operational, HR, and strategic management. The authors also study subsidiary integration within MNC, alignment of its structure and processes with the parent and conclude that the new knowledge generation was especially valuable in digital banking, at work with new client segments, in implementing new forms of marketing, working with new technologies, creating new structures, and transferring them to the other foreign markets. This research design uses a quantitative method using a cross-sectional approach, namely a research method that places more emphasis on the time of observation of independent and dependent variable data only once at a time. This research was conducted in the office room of the Sawerigading Regional General Hospital Palopo City. The result of the research showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and work productivity in the office staff of the Sawerigading Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Palopo City in 2022. The statistical test results using the chi square test were obtained (p value < .05) = .012, so H0 was rejected. Knowledge management brings the benefits necessary to effectively conduct business. When designed consciously and appropriately, they can increase the effectiveness of business activities and strengthen a company's competitive position. On the other hand, many companies have made the principles of sustainable development a part of their strategy. Knowledge management in the area of CSR is related to important challenges. One of them is a commitment of the board of directors. Particular attention should also be paid to the needs of people in various positions and different company departments. Companies spend huge amounts of money to accumulate knowledge in various forms. However, they cannot turn this knowledge into concrete actions. This article aims to identify common areas of KM and CSR. How the application of both of them will enhance company performance. It utilizes the methods of literature analysis and company reports analysis, as well as own observations. The research was conducted in two stages. Stage 1: literature analysis and synthesis. Stage 2: Analysis of non-financial reports of selected entities. The research question is, how to use knowledge management in the context of CSR. The goal of this article is to show the resonance between knowledge management and corporate social responsibility. The conclusions presented in the article can be valuable for business professionals, small business owners, entrepreneurs, academics, researchers, and business students. This model was constructed on the basis of extensive empirical research. A questionnaire was designed and delivered to SMEs operating in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The sample consists of 641 enterprises from both countries. Data were evaluated using statistical methods such as confirmation factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The structural model showed very interesting findings. The most important factors, which determine the quality of business environment, are macroeconomic environment, monetary policy and interest rates and legal environment. In our model, we also pointed out the importance of political, social and technological factors. The research results pointed to the need to adjust the legislative environment in a more appropriate way, to minimize state bureaucracy and to improve media access to business environment assessment. These results are useful for the academic researchers in the area of entrepreneurship, policymakers, and non-profit institutions and organizations whose effort is to improve the business environment and boost entrepreneurship. The aim of this research is the perception of the impact of certain selected factors on the social status of inteligence in these countries. It starts with the hypothesis that the social status of intelligence in the post-socialist transition process has been permanently deteriorated, mainly due to the unfavorable and synergistic impact of political, economic, institutional, and cultural-educational factors. In this paper, survey method and multiple linear regression method were used to determine the hypothetical perceptions of intellectuals on the social status of intelligence and an impact of basic social factors on it. It was concluded that the hypothesis has been verified and that the respondents in the observed countries in large percentage and sufficiently homogeneously have estimated that the position of intelligence was objectively deteriorating during the observation period.
