AB  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengukuran kinerja dan memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat mendorong upaya peningkatan kinerja organisasi pemerintah di bidang produksi dan pelayanan publik sektor perikanan dengan model balanced scorecard.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu data primer berupa hasil wawancara mendalam dengan koordinator, karyawan, dan pelanggan di LPIAP Sluke dan data sekunder berupa analisis data karyawan, laporan keuangan, produksi, dan penjualan tahun 2021-2022.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari total 23 indikator kinerja utama (IKU) terdapat 2 IKU tidak mencapai target dan 2 IKU yang belum mencapai target, tetapi diperkirakan akan mencapai target pada akhir tahun 2022. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa LPIAP Sluke sebenarnya kekurangan tenaga kerja kompeten dan terlatih di bidang perikanan, hal ini tidak dapat diidentifikasi melalui pengukuran kinerja secara tradisional yang selama ini diterapkan di LPIAP Sluke. Selain itu, penuangan hasil pengukuran kinerja ke dalam matriks maturity grid memberikan beberapa rekomendasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mendorong peningkatan kinerja organisasi.

AB  - Multinational companies operating in the global market have a diverse system of relationships. These companies form relationships through investments and cross-border transactions that bring them into a relationship of interest, ownership and dependence with each other. It is important for stakeholders to access a statement on these groups of companies that provides an adequate, realistic picture of the enterprises. Based on separate statements, the presentation of a realistic picture cannot be ensured. The widely accepted tool that can be used to provide stakeholders with combined statements excluding internal relations of the groups of companies is consolidated accounting. This study presents the application of the European Union's mandatory accounting regulations in Hungary in accordance with the alteration of Hungarian regulations. Despite the obligations, it is also shown that the major reasons motivating these companies to transition from Hungarian to IFRS reporting are their parent companies.

AB  - After the international financial crisis, the issue of risk management came to the fore in Hungary as well. During the recent period and nowadays, almost every enterprise, whether small or big, is experiencing the effect of crisis and the resultant after-effects. As an effect of the crisis, a significant number of enterprises got into a disadvantageous situation and several of them went bankrupt as well as many of them seriously fight for the survival. The enterprises and their creditors should be aware of the solvency of their own and of their customer, because its deterioration can cause serious difficulties for both of them. The financial position of an enterprise is relevant for the internal stakeholders as well, because it heavily affects their situation, too. For all the above reasons, there is a more and more powerful demand for such solutions which can help to predict the risk of bankruptcy. The aim of the treatise is to analyse three agricultural enterprises in liquidation through bankruptcy prediction models; these enterprises can be found in the Northern Great Plain region. The treatise draws attention to the fact that the economic situation of an enterprise in liquidation can be predicted by means of bankruptcy prediction models.

AB  - The prior aim of each business entity is to operate effectively and efficiently which may be gained when entities react to changes of their external environment immediately and able to make immediate decisions in this regard. This decision-making requires the provision of the necessary information. A single information system laid down by the Act of Accounting is vital to be informed adequately and process information. Financial statement laid down by law includes the balance sheet and profit and loss account with quantitative data, and notes to the financial statement explaining the balance sheet and profit and loss account. In addition, it helps introducing the realistic and reliable image of the company. The aim of the notes to the financial statement is to include all the data, information, explanations that are crucial for investors, creditors, and all the stakeholders to judge an entity and make a decision. During the study, I carried out a questionnaire to reveal whether economic experts consider information in the notes to the financial statement important during their jobs.
