	abstract = {A lovas szolgáltatások megjelennek a rekreációban, sportban és a turisztikai kínálatban egyaránt. Hazánk kedvező természeti és kulturális értékei, valamint lovas hagyományaira építő lovas nemzet imázsa kedvező hátteret biztosít a kínálati elemek fejlesztésére. Az Észak-alföldi régió alföldi karakterű tája és lovas-kultúrája, az itt található lovas szolgáltatások folyamatos fejlesztése erősíti a lovas kínálati elemet a sport és szabadidőgazdaság területén. Mélyinterjús kutatásunkat az Észak - alföldi régióban működő patkós minősítettséggel rendelkező és nem rendelkező szolgáltatók (N=11) körében végeztük. Az eredmények azt igazolják, hogy valamennyi szolgáltató fontosnak véli és tervezi a lóállomány, az infrastruktúra és a humánerőforrás fejlesztését, bár ennek finanszírozásának forrása eltérő (állami, más sikeres vállalkozásból, lovas vállalkozás realizált üzleti eredményéből). A patkós minősítéssel nem rendelkező lovas szolgáltatók a minőség fejlesztését, a 3, 4, 5 patkós minősítéssel rendelkező szolgáltatók a komplex programkínálat bővítését, a termékdiverzifikációt jelölték meg. Equestrian services appear in recreation, sports and tourism as well. The favorable natural and cultural values of Hungary and the image of the equestrian nation based on the traditions of the horse provide a favorable background for the development of supply elements. The lowland character and horse culture of the Northern Great Plain region, and the continuous development of horseback riding services here, reinforces the equestrian supply element in the field of sport and leisure. Our in - depth interviews were conducted among service providers with a “horseshoe rating” (N = 11) operating in the Northern Great Plain Region. The results show that all service providers consider and plan the development of equine, infrastructure and human resources, although the source of its financing is different (from state, other successful businesses, realized business results of equestrian enterprises). Equestrian service providers with no horseshoe rating have identified the improvement of quality, the 3, 4, and 5 horseshoe qualified service providers for the expansion of the complex program offering and product diversification.},

	abstract = {Purpose: In order to map human-resources supply, in our research, we conducted in-depth interviews with directors (6) of leading Hungarian adventure parks. We looked for characteristics of recruiting methods and incentives as well as factors of choosing between candidates. We used a questionnaire survey to discover motivations of adventure park visitors (N=406) and in the case of two adventure parks we also assessed visitors’ (N=206) satisfaction with services. The returned questionnaires were processed using SPSS 22.0. We computed descriptive statistics, analysed cross tables and checked Chi2  statistics and Gamma coefficient to find significant relationships. Results: In connection with recruiting the dominant methods are online and through personal connections, for initiatives of the various positions in the adventure park non-material incentives (varied and youthful work environment, discounts for family members) appear most often while in the selection process, instead of professional competencies, personal competencies (communication skills, personality, team work) are the most important. Conclusions: Consumer satisfaction is therefore undoubtedly constituting the basis of a well-functioning business, but the supply of individual services and focusing on different target groups can also make a significant contribution to economic growth},

We created an online farm simulation application which is called Crownking. The program is based on PHP language and has a MySQL database. The game has great similarity to real life because it has factors which can directly affect the growth of the crops, such as weather, soil quality, soil maintain and the player's profession.
