2676-9867 Journal HUNGARIAN 19 1-2 131 152 131 22 2024 A tehetségmenedzsment jelentősége nemcsak az üzleti szférában, hanem az egyetemek számára is kiemelt jelentőséggel bír a versengő felsőoktatási környezetben. A felsőoktatásban jelenlévő tehetséggondozás meghatározó szerepet tölt be az intézmények életében, hiszen a tudományos munkához és később az akadémiai szféra utánpótlásához is hozzájárulhatnak a felfedezett tehetségek. A tanulmány célja, hogy ismertesse a tehetségmenedzsment jelentőségét a felsőoktatásban, valamint feltárja a magyarországi egyetemeken alkalmazott tehetséggondozási programok sajátosságait. A HVG minden évben különböző hallgatói és oktatói szempontok alapján összeállítja a magyarországi felsőoktatási intézmények rangsorát. A tanulmányban a HVG Diploma 2024-es összesített intézményi rangsorának első öt helyén szereplő egyetem tehetséggondozási gyakorlatát elemeztük az intézmények weboldalain szereplő információk alapján. Megállapítható, hogy a vizsgált intézmények mindegyikén megjelenik a tudományos diákköri tevékenység és a szakkollégiumok, valamint két egyetem esetében önálló tehetséggondozó program is működik. Az öt egyetemet vizsgálva több jó gyakorlat is beazonosítható. Ilyenek például a tehetséggondozás működéséhez kapcsolódó szervezetek működése, szakkollégiumok együttműködését segítő közösség, ösztöndíjak, mentor programok.
