The authors examine the influence of institutional and organizational factors on the use of fixed-term contracts in Russia, with data from a survey covering 3 313 enterprises(2) for the years 2009 to 2011. Probit and Tobit regressions are used to test several hypotheses derived from the literature. The results indicate that state-owned and unionised enterprises arc more likely to use fixed-term contracts, and a high level of perceived dismissal protection for permanent workers is positively associated with the use of fixed-term contracts. Both the incidence and the intensity of fixed-term contracts are lower at enterprises with flexible wages. Among the organizational factors, the presence of workers with a tenure of 5-10 years and high job complexity arc negatively related with the use fixed-term contracts.}, keywords = {Russia; fixed-term contracts; non-standard employment; labour flexibility}, year = {2019}, eissn = {1862-0019}, pages = {89-121} } @article{MTMT:32428273, title = {Russia's integration to the globalized automotive system: solutions adopted by multinationals and impact on the local industrial environment}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/32428273}, author = {Vincent, Montenero}, journal-iso = {EUR J BUSINESS TECHNOL}, journal = {EUROPEAN JOURNAL OF BUSINESS SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY}, volume = {4}, unique-id = {32428273}, issn = {2336-6494}, year = {2018}, eissn = {2694-7161}, pages = {31-47} } @article{MTMT:32428580, title = {SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS IN INVESTMENT PROJECT OF BIOGAS PLANT}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/32428580}, author = {Antonia, Kalinichenko and Valerii, Havrysh and Vasyl, Perebyynis}, journal-iso = {APPL ECOL ENV RES}, journal = {APPLIED ECOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCH}, volume = {15}, unique-id = {32428580}, issn = {1589-1623}, year = {2017}, eissn = {1785-0037}, pages = {969-985} } @article{MTMT:32428648, title = {ORTA SINIFLAR NE İSTER?RUSYA VE TÜRKİYE’DE ORTA SINIFLARÜZERİNE BİR KARŞILAŞTIRMA}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/32428648}, author = {Burak, KESGİN}, journal-iso = {SOSYOLOJI KONFERANSLARI}, journal = {SOSYOLOJI KONFERANSLARI / ISTANBUL JOURNAL OF SOCIOLOGICAL STUDIES}, volume = {54}, unique-id = {32428648}, issn = {1304-0243}, year = {2016}, eissn = {2458-8245}, pages = {3-32} } @book{MTMT:3163651, title = {A lengyel állam mint résztulajdonos a tőzsdei vállalatokban}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/3163651}, isbn = {9789633016404}, author = {Ozsvald, Éva}, publisher = {HUN-REN Közgazdaság- és Regionális Tudományi Kutatóközpont, Világgazdasági Intézet}, unique-id = {3163651}, year = {2016} } @inbook{MTMT:2875086, title = {Related Variety Research in Regional Economic Development}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/2875086}, author = {Elekes, Zoltán}, booktitle = {Crisis Management and the Changing Role of the State}, unique-id = {2875086}, year = {2014}, pages = {171-180}, orcid-numbers = {Elekes, Zoltán/0000-0002-7437-5791} }
