The Pannonian Basin Experiment, under the umbrella of the Global Energy and Water Exchanges project of the World Climate Research Programme, aims to achieve a better understanding of the Earth System components and their interactions in the Pannonian Basin. The scientific basis of the PannEx supports research that can better translate and deliver relevant climate data, information and knowledge for societal decision making through the national hydro-meteorological and climate services, research institutes and universities. We outline the framework for the development of the PannEx in the light of international efforts to provide scientific support and involve international research community in integrated approach towards identifying and increasing adaptation capacity in the face of climate change in the Pannonian Basin. As such, PannEx dedicated observational and modeling efforts also strive to reach results with the global impact. © 2018 The Authors}, year = {2018}, eissn = {2405-8807}, pages = {78-85}, orcid-numbers = {Weidinger, Tamás/0000-0001-7500-6579} } @mastersthesis{MTMT:30615319, title = {Weather related ragweed pollen levels and prediction of ragweed pollen concentration for Szeged, Hungary}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/30615319}, author = {Csépe, Zoltán}, doi = {10.14232/phd.9704}, publisher = {SZTE}, unique-id = {30615319}, year = {2018} } @article{MTMT:3290648, title = {From genomes to diaries: a 3-year prospective, real-life study of ragweed-specific sublingual immunotherapy}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/3290648}, author = {Molnár, Viktor and Nagy, Adrienne and Tamási, Lilla and Gálffy, Gabriella and Böcskei, Renáta and Bikov, András and Czaller, Ibolya and Csoma, Z and Krasznai, Magdolna and Csaki, C and Zsigmond, G and Csontos, Z and Kurucz, A and Kurucz, E and Fábos, Beáta and Bálint, Bálint László and Sasvári-Székely, Mária and Székely, Anna and Kótyuk, Eszter and Kozma, Gergely Tibor and Cserta, G and Farkas, A and Gál, Zsófia and Gézsi, András and Millinghoffer, A and Antal, Péter and Szalai, Csaba}, doi = {10.2217/imt-2017-0093}, journal-iso = {IMMUNOTHERAPY-UK}, journal = {IMMUNOTHERAPY}, volume = {9}, unique-id = {3290648}, issn = {1750-743X}, abstract = {During the last decades, the prevalence of allergy has dramatically increased. Allergen-specific immunotherapy is the only currently available medical intervention that has the potential to affect the natural course of the disease, but there are still many questions and unmet needs hindering its widespread use to fulfill its treatment potential and maximize its benefits for the society. To provide a comprehensive phenome-wide overview in sublingual immunotherapy, using ragweed allergy as a target, we planned and carried out a longitudinal, prospective, observational, open-label study (DesensIT). In this paper we present challenges of using deep and comprehensive phenotypes embracing biological, clinical and patient-reported outcomes in allergen-specific immunotherapy and show how we designed the DesensIT project to optimize data collection, processing and evaluation.}, year = {2017}, eissn = {1750-7448}, pages = {1279-1294}, orcid-numbers = {Molnár, Viktor/0000-0002-4156-9987; Tamási, Lilla/0000-0003-3477-6125; Böcskei, Renáta/0000-0001-5461-6730; Bikov, András/0000-0002-8983-740X; Czaller, Ibolya/0000-0002-7890-0434; Krasznai, Magdolna/0000-0002-7319-9300; Bálint, Bálint László/0000-0002-6163-7190; Sasvári-Székely, Mária/0000-0002-7029-4337; Székely, Anna/0000-0002-7590-7681; Kótyuk, Eszter/0000-0002-6630-087X; Gál, Zsófia/0000-0002-1446-4717; Gézsi, András/0000-0003-1022-6356; Szalai, Csaba/0000-0001-6562-0778} }
