Antiangiogenic therapy represents a specific TMT and its role is to stop the angiogenesis of the tumor, the process of forming new blood vessels; hence, to stop tumor growth. Proper control algorithms for tumor growth control with angiogenic inhibition are analyzed in the current article in order to find optimal therapeutic protocols. Two slightly different approaches are compared: nonlinear control by exact linearization with path tracking control, and linear control by working point linearization with set point control. The control strategies are compared in terms of the characteristics of the input signal (the inhibitor, drug intake) that is crucial if the therapy will be put into practice.}, year = {2012}, pages = {113-120}, orcid-numbers = {Kovács, Levente/0000-0002-3188-0800} } @inproceedings{MTMT:2150957, title = {Flat control of tumor growth with angiogenic inhibition}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/2150957}, author = {Drexler, Dániel András and Sápi, Johanna and Szeles, Annamária and Harmati, István and Kovács, Adalbert and Kovács, Levente}, booktitle = {7th IEEE International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics, SACI 2012}, doi = {10.1109/SACI.2012.6249998}, unique-id = {2150957}, year = {2012}, pages = {179-183}, orcid-numbers = {Kovács, Levente/0000-0002-3188-0800} } @article{MTMT:2150960, title = {Népegészségügyi problémák számítógépes modellezése}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/2150960}, author = {Kovács, Levente and Ferenci, Tamás and Sápi, Johanna and Szalay, Péter}, journal-iso = {IME}, journal = {IME}, volume = {11}, unique-id = {2150960}, issn = {1588-6387}, abstract = {A dolgozat a Budapesti Műszaki és Gazdaságtudományi Egyetem Irányítástechnika és Informatika Tanszékének Orvosinformatikai Laboratóriumában folyó, népegészségügyi szempontból jelentős betegségek számítógépes modellezésében és szabályozásában elért aktuális kutatási eredményeket foglalja össze.
