The NQR spectrum of the YBa2Cu3O6.2 is contributed only by a single crystallographic copper site. The absence of the signal of the other copper site may be due to localised magnetic moments on this site. The comparision of 63Cu and 65Cu NQR spin lattice relaxation times (T1) indicates the presence of magnetic fluctuations.
