	abstract = {O estudo propõe identificar se fatores demográficos e socioeconômicos afetam a percepção e o nível real de educação financeira dos docentes de graduação e pós-graduação de instituições de ensino superior (IES) públicas brasileiras. O levantamento, realizado por meio de um questionário online, resultou em 549 respostas válidas, analisadas por meio de regressão linear. O estudo evidenciou que os docentes superavaliaram o conhecimento que possuem sobre educação financeira. Gênero, idade, possuir dependentes e renda, afetam o nível de educação financeira percebido e real. A graduação na área de negócios, influencia positivamente na educação financeira que os docentes possuem.},

	abstract = {The objective of this research is to analyze how the dimensions of the absorptive capacity are evidenced, from the processes of environmental scanning, as it is important to understand the mechanisms that are determinant for these evolutions. In order to validate the interview script, a pilot test was provided with the manager of Barcelona's La Salle Technova. After that, interviews with managers of five Tech Parks in Brazil, one in Spain, and one in South Africa were carried out. The results show a positive influence of the surveyed dimensions on the absorptive capacity of the technology parks.},

	abstract = {This article aims to present a model developed to measure, evaluate and classify the performance level of port infrastructure in ports and terminals with reefer containerized cargo operation. In this context, measuring and evaluating the performance level of the port infrastructure and cargo terminals for handling reefer cargo will allow analysis and assistance in decision-making by managers of client companies and providers of these services. As a method, a mixed approach was adopted, with exploratory and descriptive objectives, using structured questionnaires based on the factors and indicators observed in the literature, which were legitimized with the managers of the main ports and port terminals with reefer containerized cargo operation in the southern Brazil. The results of the empirical application of the method in five terminals demonstrated that the proposed model was able to measure, evaluate and classify the ports and terminals, since it was able to capture the performance of the best performance levels of the port infrastructure to operate services with containerized cargo reefer.},

	abstract = {This investigation aims to map the characteristics the performance evaluation of the international empirical studies in the public sector in order to identify their evolution stage and research opportunities. This research is qualitative and, through Proknow-C, selected 45 empirical articles referring to Performance Evaluation in the Public Sector. 	abstract = {The objective of this study is to create, through an action research, a model of strategic management for the Coffee Innovation Agency (InovaCafe), integrating the BSC to the theory of the Triple Propeller. The alignment of action research to Triple Propeller theory, Strategic Planning and the BSC approach provided the necessary inputs to the formulation of a strategic management model capable of contemplating the complexity of InovaCafe as an articulating organization of the Triple Propeller. 	abstract = {This paper aims to provide an aesthetic approach to verify the contribution of organizational aesthetics in strategic management for sustainable development. In order to accomplish this objective, a systematic literature review was conducted with a qualitative approach. The results show that organizational aesthetics may contribute to the competitiveness, effectiveness and creativity of the organizations, stimulate knowledge acquisition by reinforcing and improving the best relation between employees and the company's goals, made possible through aesthetics interventions in the workplace.
