Their evolution has equipped them with an increasing array of features, including the capability to record an electrocardiogram. This functionality allows users to detect potential arrhythmias, enabling prompt intervention or monitoring of existing arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation. In our research, we aimed to compile case reports, case series, and cohort studies from the Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, and Embase databases published until 1 August 2023. The search employed keywords such as “Smart Watch”, “Apple Watch”, “Samsung Gear”, “Samsung Galaxy Watch”, “Google Pixel Watch”, “Fitbit”, “Huawei Watch”, “Withings”, “Garmin”, “Atrial Fibrillation”, “Supraventricular Tachycardia”, “Cardiac Arrhythmia”, “Ventricular Tachycardia”, “Atrioventricular Nodal Reentrant Tachycardia”, “Atrioventricular Reentrant Tachycardia”, “Heart Block”, “Atrial Flutter”, “Ectopic Atrial Tachycardia”, and “Bradyarrhythmia.” We obtained a total of 758 results, from which we selected 57 articles, including 33 case reports and case series, as well as 24 cohort studies. Most of the scientific works focused on atrial fibrillation, which is often detected using Apple Watches. Nevertheless, we also included articles investigating arrhythmias with the potential for circulatory collapse without immediate intervention. This systematic literature review provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of research on arrhythmia detection using smartwatches. Through further research, it may be possible to develop a care protocol that integrates arrhythmias recorded by smartwatches, allowing for timely access to appropriate medical care for patients. Additionally, continuous monitoring of existing arrhythmias using smartwatches could facilitate the assessment of the effectiveness of prescribed therapies.}, year = {2024}, eissn = {2227-9032}, orcid-numbers = {Sipos, Dávid/0000-0001-9615-1740; Füredi, Gábor/0000-0002-9831-5881; Betlehem, József/0000-0002-4526-4910} } @article{MTMT:34824534, title = {Predictive value of magnetic resonance imaging diffusion parameters using artificial intelligence in low-and intermediate-risk prostate cancer patients treated with stereotactic ablative radiotherapy: A pilot study}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34824534}, author = {Kedves, András and Akay, M. and Akay, Y. and Kisiván, Katalin and Glavák, C. and Miovecz, Ádám and Schiffer, Ádám and Kisander, Zsolt and Lőrincz, Aba Tamás and Szőke, András and Sánta, B. and Freihat, Omar and Sipos, Dávid and Kovács, Árpád and Lakosi, Ferenc}, doi = {10.1016/j.radi.2024.03.015}, journal-iso = {RADIOGRAPHY}, journal = {RADIOGRAPHY}, volume = {30}, unique-id = {34824534}, issn = {1078-8174}, year = {2024}, pages = {986-994}, orcid-numbers = {Miovecz, Ádám/0000-0001-7329-3252; Schiffer, Ádám/0000-0002-0769-2375; Lőrincz, Aba Tamás/0000-0002-6705-3292; Sipos, Dávid/0000-0001-9615-1740; Kovács, Árpád/0000-0002-8469-5764} } @article{MTMT:34805478, title = {Downside of Helping Professions: A Comparative Study of Health Indicators and Health Behaviour among Nurses and Early Childhood Educators}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34805478}, author = {Petőné Csima, Melinda and Podráczky, Judit and Cseh, Szabolcs and Sipos, Dávid and Garai, Sára and Fináncz, Judit}, doi = {10.3390/healthcare12080863}, journal-iso = {HEALTHCARE-BASEL}, journal = {HEALTHCARE}, volume = {12}, unique-id = {34805478}, abstract = {The activities of health care workers and early childhood educators have received increased attention both in lay public discourse and in scientific discourse. These professional groups play a significant role in shaping the health behaviours of those they interact with; thus, understanding the patterns they convey is of paramount importance. The aim of our study is a comparative analysis of health conditions and health behaviours of professionals working in Hungarian early childhood education and nurses working in the healthcare system (n = 1591). We carried out our quantitative, cross-sectional research using convenience sampling among healthcare professionals working in nursing job positions (n = 581) and as early childhood educators (n = 1010), in south-west Hungary. Diagnosed chronic illnesses affect early childhood educators at a significantly higher rate (p < 0.05): the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders is particularly high among them, as a result of which they reported a significant degree of physical limitation in relation to work. In the context of mental health, comparing the professional groups, nurses’ indicators were significantly (p < 0.001) more unfavourable in all examined dimensions. Moreover, the comparison in terms of educational attainment directed attention to the worse indicators of non-graduates. In this context, early childhood educators are less affected by all three dimensions of burnout (p < 0.001). As for health behaviour, the smoking habits of nurses are more unfavourable (p < 0.05). Regarding screening tests, participation in cytological testing was significantly higher among nurses, whereas early childhood educators showed increased participation in mammography (p < 0.001). Our findings draw attention to the fact that early childhood educators are primarily affected by chronic musculoskeletal disorders, while healthcare workers are more affected by problems related to mental health. Mental well-being can be further endangered by the fact that both professional groups perceive low social appreciation for the work they carry out.}, keywords = {Nurses; Health behaviour; Healthcare professionals; Health condition; mental health; professionals working in early childhood education}, year = {2024}, eissn = {2227-9032}, orcid-numbers = {Sipos, Dávid/0000-0001-9615-1740} } @inbook{MTMT:34723957, title = {Covid-19 pandémia hatása a sürgősségi betegellátásban dolgozó radiográfusok munkahelyi stressz-szintjére}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34723957}, author = {Kövesdi, Orsolya Liza and Jenei, T and Petőné Csima, Melinda and Sipos, Dávid}, booktitle = {Jubileumi tanulmánykötet: A Pécsi Tudományegyetem Egészségtudományi Kar Egészségtudományi Szakkollégium alapításának 10. évfordulójára}, unique-id = {34723957}, year = {2024}, pages = {100-117}, orcid-numbers = {Kövesdi, Orsolya Liza/0009-0006-2992-6503; Sipos, Dávid/0000-0001-9615-1740} } @inbook{MTMT:34723871, title = {Egészségügyi dolgozók mentális egészségének jelentősége a pandémia idején}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34723871}, author = {Sipos, Dávid and Petőné Csima, Melinda}, booktitle = {Jubileumi tanulmánykötet: A Pécsi Tudományegyetem Egészségtudományi Kar Egészségtudományi Szakkollégium alapításának 10. évfordulójára}, unique-id = {34723871}, year = {2024}, pages = {81-88}, orcid-numbers = {Sipos, Dávid/0000-0001-9615-1740} } @article{MTMT:34722568, title = {Investigation of the Effectiveness of the Robotic ReStore Soft Exoskeleton in the Development of Early Mobilization, Walking, and Coordination of Stroke Patients: A Randomized Clinical Trial}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34722568}, author = {Kóra, Szilvia and Biró, Adrienn and Prontvai, Nándor and Androsics, Mónika and Drotár, István and Prukner, Péter and Haidegger, Tamás and Széphelyi, Klaudia and Tollár, József}, doi = {10.3390/robotics13030044}, journal-iso = {ROBOTICS}, journal = {ROBOTICS}, volume = {13}, unique-id = {34722568}, abstract = {Medical robotics nowadays can prevent, treat, or alleviate numerous severe conditions, including the dire consequences of stroke. Our objective was to determine the effect of employing a robotic soft exoskeleton in therapy on the development of the early mobilization, gait, and coordination in stroke patients. The ReStore™ Soft Exo-Suit, a wearable exosuit developed by a leading company with exoskeleton technology, was utilized. It is a powered, lightweight device intended for use in stroke rehabilitation for people with lower limb disability. We performed a randomized clinical intervention, using a before–after trial design in a university hospital setting. A total of 48 patients with a history of stroke were included, of whom 39 were randomized and 30 completed the study. Interventions: Barthel Index and modified Rankin scale (mRS) patients were randomly assigned to a non-physical intervention control (n = 9 of 39 completed, 30 withdrew before baseline testing), or to a high-intensity agility program (15 sessions, 5 weeks, n = 30 completed). The main focus of assessment was on the Modified Rankin Scale. Additionally, we evaluated secondary factors including daily life functionality, five dimensions of health-related quality of life, the Beck depression inventory, the 6 min walk test (6MWT), the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), and static balance (center of pressure). The Robot-Assisted Gait Therapy (ROB/RAGT) program led to significant improvements across various measures, including a 37% improvement in Barthel Index scores, a 56% increase in 10 m walking speed, and a 68% improvement in 6 min walking distance, as well as notable enhancements in balance and stability. Additionally, the intervention group demonstrated significant gains in all these aspects compared to the control group. In conclusion, the use of robotic therapy can be beneficial in stroke rehabilitation. These devices support the restoration and improvement of movement in various ways and contribute to restoring balance and stability.}, keywords = {Stroke rehabilitation; Robotic therapy; robot-assisted exercise}, year = {2024}, eissn = {2218-6581}, orcid-numbers = {Prukner, Péter/0000-0001-9444-4996; Haidegger, Tamás/0000-0003-1402-1139; Tollár, József/0000-0001-7607-6739} } @article{MTMT:34716498, title = {The Occurrence of Anxiety, Depression, and Distress among Professionals Working in Emergency Care}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34716498}, author = {Ferkai, Luca Anna and Schiszler, Bence and Bánfai, Bálint and Pandur, Attila and Gálos, Gergely and Kívés, Zsuzsanna and Sipos, Dávid and Betlehem, József and Stromájer-Rácz, Tímea and Deutsch, Krisztina}, doi = {10.3390/healthcare12050579}, journal-iso = {HEALTHCARE-BASEL}, journal = {HEALTHCARE}, volume = {12}, unique-id = {34716498}, abstract = {Maintaining mental health is essential for professions with higher stress levels and challenging environments, including emergency specializations. In this study, the occurrence of distress, anxiety, and depression among a group of ambulance and hospital emergency care professionals was assessed (n = 202). A cross-sectional, quantitative, descriptive online survey was conducted, including the internationally validated Beck depression inventory (BDI), the perceived stress scale (PSS-14), and the State–Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Statistical analyses involved descriptive statistics, the χ2-test, Mann–Whitney U test, Kruskal–Wallis test, Dunn–Bonferroni test, logistic regression (LR), Cramer coefficient (Cramer’s V), Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient (rs). Based on the results, female professionals are more likely to have depressive symptoms (OR = 2.6, 95% CI = 1.3–5.1), perceived stress (OR = 1.2, 95% CI = 1.2–4.1), and anxiety (OR = 2.1, 95% CI = 1.0–4.1) than male professionals. Perceived stress levels decreased proportionally with increasing years spent working in healthcare (OR = 7.4, 95% CI = 7.1–8.3). Extended work shifts of 12 or 24 h increase the risk of perceived stress and anxiety in emergency care workers (p = 0.02). Although surgery is not the only choice, lobectomy is still the gold standard treatment type for operable patients. For inoperable patients stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) should be offered, reaching very high local control and overall survival rates. With SBRT we can precisely irradiate small, well-defined lesions with high doses. To select the appropriate fractionation schedule it is important to determine the size, localization and extent of the lung tumor. The introduction of novel and further developed planning (contouring guidelines, diagnostic image application, planning systems) and delivery techniques (motion management, image guided radiotherapy) led to lower rates of side effects and more conformal target volume coverage. The purpose of this study is to summarize the current developments, randomised studies, guidelines about lung SBRT, with emphasis on the possibility of increasing local control and overall rates in “fit,” operable patients as well, so SBRT would be eligible in place of surgery.}, year = {2024}, eissn = {1532-2807}, orcid-numbers = {Papp, Judit/0000-0001-6066-6187; Sipos, Dávid/0000-0001-9615-1740} } @CONFERENCE{MTMT:34667836, title = {Radiográfusok mentális jólléte és a mögötte húzódó befolyásoló tényezők}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34667836}, author = {Sipos, Dávid and Busa, F}, booktitle = {Jubileumi Szakkollégiumi Konferencia: Absztrakt kötet}, unique-id = {34667836}, year = {2024}, pages = {22-22}, orcid-numbers = {Sipos, Dávid/0000-0001-9615-1740} } @CONFERENCE{MTMT:34656322, title = {Alvásminőség és stressz az online oktatás alatt}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34656322}, author = {Busa, F and Sipos, Dávid}, booktitle = {Jubileumi Szakkollégiumi Konferencia: Absztrakt kötet}, unique-id = {34656322}, year = {2024}, pages = {11-11}, orcid-numbers = {Sipos, Dávid/0000-0001-9615-1740} }
