We previously showed that IL-2R is expressed in common clusters with major histocompatibility complex (MHC) glycoproteins in lipid rafts of human T lymphoma cells, which raised the question about what the relationship between clusters of IL-2R/MHC and IL-9R is. Confocal microscopy colocalization and fluorescence resonance energy transfer experiments capable of detecting membrane protein organization at different size scales revealed nonrandom association of IL-9R with IL-2R/MHC clusters at the surface of human T lymphoma cells. Accommodation of IL-9Ralpha in membrane areas segregated from the IL-2R/MHC domains was also detected. The bipartite nature of IL-9R distribution was mirrored by signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) activation results. Our data indicate that co-compartmentalization with MHC glycoproteins is a general property of gammac receptors. Distribution of receptor chains between different membrane domains may regulate their function.}, year = {2014}, eissn = {1439-7641}, pages = {3969-3978}, orcid-numbers = {Nagy, Péter/0000-0002-7466-805X} } @article{MTMT:236701, title = {Two-sided fluorescence resonance energy transfer for assessing molecular interactions of up to three distinct species in confocal microscopy}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/236701}, author = {Fazekas, Zsolt and Petrás, Miklós and Fábián, Ákos István and Pályi-Krekk, Zsuzsanna and Nagy, Péter and Damjanovich, Sándor and Vereb, György and Szöllősi, János}, doi = {10.1002/cyto.a.20489}, journal-iso = {CYTOM PART A}, journal = {CYTOMETRY PART A}, volume = {73A}, unique-id = {236701}, issn = {1552-4922}, year = {2008}, eissn = {1552-4930}, pages = {209-219}, orcid-numbers = {Fábián, Ákos István/0000-0003-0795-4125; Nagy, Péter/0000-0002-7466-805X} } @article{MTMT:1075258, title = {Role of the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger in calcium homeostasis and human sperm motility regulation}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/1075258}, author = {Krasznai, Zoltán and Krasznai, Zoárd Tibor and Morisawa, M and Bazsane, ZK and Hernádi, Zoltán and Fazekas, Zsolt and Trón, Lajos and Kormosné, Goda Katalin and Márián, Teréz}, doi = {10.1002/cm.20108}, journal-iso = {CELL MOTIL CYTOSKEL}, journal = {CELL MOTILITY AND THE CYTOSKELETON}, volume = {63}, unique-id = {1075258}, issn = {0886-1544}, year = {2006}, eissn = {1097-0169}, pages = {66-76} } @misc{MTMT:3046121, title = {ErbB és CD44 receptorok sejtfelszíni asszociációjának vizsgálata hialuronsav kezelést követően}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/3046121}, author = {Pályi-Krekk, Zsuzsanna and Horváth, Gábor and Fazekas, Zsolt and Sirpa, Jalkanen and Vereb, György and MarkkuTammi and Nagy, Péter and Szöllősi, János}, unique-id = {3046121}, year = {2005} } @misc{MTMT:3046111, title = {Az ErbB és CD44 receptorok sejtfelszíni asszociációjának vizsgálata hialuonsav-kezelt tumoros sejtvonalakon}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/3046111}, author = {Pályi-Krekk, Zsuzsanna and Horváth, Gábor and Fazekas, Zsolt and Sirpa, Jalkanen and Vereb, György and MarkkuTammi and Szöllősi, János}, unique-id = {3046111}, year = {2005} } @article{MTMT:2517721, title = {Herceptin (R) resistant breast cancer xenografts can be influenced by early trastuzumab treatment}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/2517721}, author = {Barok, M and Juhasz, I and Balazs, M and Park, JW and Isola, J and Fazekas, Zsolt and Vereb, György and Szöllősi, János}, journal-iso = {FEBS J}, journal = {FEBS JOURNAL}, volume = {272}, unique-id = {2517721}, issn = {1742-464X}, year = {2005}, eissn = {1742-4658}, pages = {302-302} } @article{MTMT:236762, title = {Associations of ErbB2, beta1-integrin and lipid rafts on Herceptin (Trastuzumab) resistant and sensitive tumor cell lines}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/236762}, author = {Mocanu, MM and Fazekas, Zsolt and Petrás, Miklós and Nagy, Péter and Sebestyén, Zsolt and Isola, J and Tímár, József and Park, JW and Vereb, György and Szöllősi, János}, doi = {10.1016/j.canlet.2005.01.028}, journal-iso = {CANCER LETT}, journal = {CANCER LETTERS}, volume = {227}, unique-id = {236762}, issn = {0304-3835}, year = {2005}, eissn = {1872-7980}, pages = {201-212}, orcid-numbers = {Nagy, Péter/0000-0002-7466-805X; Tímár, József/0000-0001-9183-0859} } @misc{MTMT:3046128, title = {ErbB és CD44 receptorok sejtfelszíni eloszlásának változása hialuronsav kezelés hatására}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/3046128}, author = {Pályi-Krekk, Zsuzsanna and Horváth, Gábor and Fazekas, Zsolt and Sirpa, Jalkanen and Vereb, György and MarkkuTammi and Szöllősi, János}, unique-id = {3046128}, year = {2004} }
