During inventory, in a multi-user high-rise warehouse, it automatically searches for unit loads placed in individual compartments and their corresponding identifiers. Based on the recognized identifiers and the drone's current position, it matches the products with the data in the central inventory management application. The drone safely navigates through the warehouse using the shortest possible route, enabled by the mathematical model and associated task solution we have developed. Multiple drones can be utilized in our solution for more efficient execution. The inventory control problem consists of five main steps. In the first step, we provide a mathematical model and solution method for determining optimal travel routes (in terms of execution time) needed for processing warehouse compartments. In the second step, we control the real-time movements of drones based on these routes, including camera movement and image capture. The third step involves providing the route program to the drone. The fourth step is post-processing, including image processing for QR code identification, decoding QR codes, and recognizing empty compartments for inventory purposes. In the fifth step, we transmit the obtained data to the central application.
