	abstract = {A szerzők tanulmányukban a nyugati bankok által követett CSR-koncepció iszlám alapokra támaszkodó duális bankrendszer gyakorlatába való beépülését járták körbe. Empirikus kutatásuk Pakisztán tőzsdén jegyzett kereskedelmi bankjaira terjedt ki. A pakisztáni tőzsdén jegyzett kereskedelmi bankok társadalmi felelősségvállalási tevékenységét és annak jelentésekben való közzétételét tanulmányozták a 2008-2018 közötti időszakban és azt, hogy ez hogyan hatott a bankok pénzügyi teljesítményére. A kutatás eredményei alapján a társadalmi felelősségvállalásról szóló adatközlés átlagosan 15 százalékkal növekedett a vizsgált időszakban, 56,48%-ról 71,06%-ra. A vizsgálat során kapott eredmények alátámasztják, hogy amely bank tudatosan részt vesz a társadalmi felelősségvállalási tevékenységekben és ezt megfelelően kommunikálja, az jobb gazdasági teljesítményt ér el. A társadalmi felelősségvállalásra vonatkozó információk közzététele azonban nincs szignifikáns hatással a tőzsdén jegyzett bankok piaci értékeltségére, amit a Tobin-féle Q rátával mértek. A kutatás hatókörét a jövőben érdemes kiterjeszteni, így vizsgálni azt is, hogy az eredményekre mennyiben van hatása annak, hogy a bankok mennyire működnek az iszlám gazdálkodási alapelvek szerint.},

	abstract = {The paper examines the financial culture and the use of financial knowledge of the Hungarian population based
		on Hofstede’s four-factor cultural dimension theory. Three research questions (financial application of
		Hofstede’s cultural model, testing it among the Hungarian population, and examining the relationship between
		financial knowledge and application) were investigated using a questionnaire-based quantitative research
		method on a representative sample. To answer the research questions, variables were grouped using principal
		component analysis, cluster analysis was performed to typify the population, and correlation analysis was
		carried out for financial knowledge and application. Based on the study, we recommended that financial
		education is important. A limitation of the study is that it is not representative in terms of educational
		attainment, but it is suitable for describing the financial characteristics of the Hungarian population. The study
		found that the Hungarian population can be characterized by applying Hofstede’s cultural model of finance. A
		significant part of the population holds collectivist views. It is also important to note that financial selfconfidence and success orientation are not related to financial knowledge and its successful application.},
