A SAM-modell alkalmas az információbiztonsági tudatosság komplex, többdimenziós feltárására, és alapot nyújt nagymintás, országos vizsgálatokhoz, amelyek hozzájárulhatnak a biztonsági kultúra fejlesztéséhez a felsőoktatásban és a társadalom szélesebb körében.}, year = {2026}, eissn = {1788-1919}, pages = {77-92}, orcid-numbers = {Répás, József/0000-0002-1186-4731; Berek, László/0000-0002-4126-1528; Oláh, Norbert/0000-0002-0007-8508; Ujhegyi, Péter/0000-0001-9143-6712; Vinogradov, Szergej/0000-0002-6242-3063} } @article{MTMT:36058718, title = {Building Personal Brand in the Portfolio-Based Higher Education}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/36058718}, author = {Béres, Ilona and Kis, Márta and Libor, Józsefné and Magyar, Tímea}, doi = {10.1007/978-3-031-83523-0_52}, journal-iso = {LNNS}, journal = {LECTURE NOTES IN NETWORKS AND SYSTEMS}, volume = {1280}, unique-id = {36058718}, issn = {2367-3370}, year = {2025}, eissn = {2367-3389}, pages = {555-566}, orcid-numbers = {Béres, Ilona/0009-0000-2451-5357} } @article{MTMT:36087964, title = {Human capital and job satisfaction in transition economies: a comparative analysis of Hungary and Moldova}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/36087964}, author = {Ctitor, Mihaela and Suhajda, Csilla Judit and Vinogradov, Szergej}, doi = {10.18531/sme.vol.12.no.1.pp.32-55}, journal-iso = {STUDIA MUNDI - ECONOMICA}, journal = {STUDIA MUNDI - ECONOMICA}, volume = {12}, unique-id = {36087964}, issn = {2415-9395}, abstract = {Based on survey data, collected in 2021, from 266 respondents (171 from Hungary and 95 from Moldova), this research utilizes statistical methods, including the Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and Dunn-Bonferroni post hoc analysis, to examine variations across countries, generations, sectors, and organizational sizes. The results show no significant differences between Hungary and Moldova in the three human capital dimensions - Knowledge, Skills, and Competency - or job satisfaction, indicating the universal relevance of these factors across diverse socio-economic contexts. However, in Moldova, generational differences were observed in Competency levels, with Generation Z scoring lower than older cohorts, while no generational differences were found in Hungary. Sectoral analysis revealed higher job satisfaction among private-sector employees in Hungary compared to the public sector, whereas no such differences were evident in Moldova.Organizational size emerged as a significant factor influencing both human capital dimensions and job satisfaction in both countries. Micro-sized organizations reported the lowest scores, particularly in Moldova, while large organizations in Hungary showed higher levels of satisfaction, driven by better pay, benefits, and working conditions. The study underscores the importance of targeted interventions, such as skills development programs, reforms in the public sector, and tailored support for micro-sized organizations, to enhance employee satisfaction and optimize human capital utilization. These findings offer valuable insights into the relationship between human capital and job satisfaction in transition economies, providing actionable recommendations for policymakers and organizational leaders.}, keywords = {SKILLS; Job Satisfaction; Human capital; Competence; knowledge}, year = {2025}, pages = {32-55}, orcid-numbers = {Suhajda, Csilla Judit/0000-0003-0190-7539; Vinogradov, Szergej/0000-0002-6242-3063} } @article{MTMT:36133676, title = {A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE INNOVATION PERFORMANCE OF THE VISEGRAD COUNTRIES}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/36133676}, author = {Vinogradov, Szergej and Nagy, Balázs}, doi = {10.38104/vadyba.2025.1.07}, journal-iso = {VADYBA}, journal = {VADYBA: JOURNAL OF MANAGEMENT}, volume = {41}, unique-id = {36133676}, issn = {1648-7974}, abstract = {This study conducts a comparative evaluation of the innovation performance of the Visegrad Group countries ̶ Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia ̶ through a dual-framework analysis based on the European Innovation Scoreboard (EIS) 2024 and the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2024. To assesshow efficiently each country transforms innovation-related inputs into outputs, the research employs Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), a nonparametric method widely used for performance benchmarking. Both input-oriented and output-oriented DEA models are applied under the assumptionof variable returns to scale, enabling the assessment of relative innovation efficiency and the identification of countries that operate close to or far fromthe efficiency frontier. Despite their shared historical and socio-economic characteristics, the findings reveal notable disparities in innovation efficiencyamong the Visegrad countries. Slovakia emerges as the most efficient, demonstrating strong performance in both input- and output-oriented models, which indicates a well-balanced and effectively managed innovation system. Poland follows with high input-oriented efficiency scores, suggestingprudent resource utilization, although there remains potential to enhance innovation output. Czechia, while achieving strong results in absoluteinnovation indicators, ranks lower in DEA-based efficiency due to relatively high output-oriented inefficiency, indicating underperformance inconverting inputs into impactful results. Hungary consistently ranks at the bottom across both models, highlighting significant challenges in translatinginnovation investments into measurable outcomes and signaling the need for improvements in system effectiveness. These findings are placed in thecontext of previous studies on innovation performance in Central and Eastern Europe. Earlier research has often focused on input intensity or outputvolume, but few have combined efficiency analysis across multiple global indices. The findings of the study support prior conclusions that innovationsystems in the Visegrad countries are unevenly developed, and that structural inefficiencies ̶ such as limited innovation collaboration, low levels ofventure capital investment, or weak commercialization processes ̶ are central to the performance gaps. The results also provide actionable insights forpolicy design. Slovakia and Poland can serve as benchmarks within the region for balanced and efficient innovation systems. Czechia may benefit fromtargeted interventions to improve output transformation mechanisms, while Hungary requires a more comprehensive overhaul of its innovationecosystem, with emphasis on fostering public-private cooperation and knowledge diffusion. By combining the strengths of two leading innovationmeasurement frameworks and the analytical power of DEA, this study contributes to a more nuanced understanding of innovation performance.}, year = {2025}, eissn = {2424-399X}, pages = {95-104}, orcid-numbers = {Vinogradov, Szergej/0000-0002-6242-3063} } @article{MTMT:36264686, title = {Human Capital and Job Satisfaction.
