This research investigates the temporal evolution of battery electric vehicle (BEV) ownership growth in Turkey, drawing insights from both historical and current trends. By employing and optimizing the Gompertz model, we provide a year-by-year projection of BEV ownership rates, aiding in exploring the anticipated timeline for BEV market saturation. Our findings indicate that the introduction of BEVs into the Turkish motorization market is poised to push further market saturation by approximately 15 years, to occur in around 2095 as opposed to 2080s. Furthermore, our analysis underscores the rapid growth pace in BEV ownership compared to the ownership of internal combustion engine vehicles (ICEVs). The main aim of this research is to provide Turkish policymakers and transport planners with solid insights into how the vehicle market will perform in the short and long run, allowing them to prepare a smooth transition from traditional vehicles to BEVs.}, year = {2024}, eissn = {2773-1537}, pages = {100166} } @article{MTMT:34814459, title = {A Közlekedéstudományi Szemle nemzetközi elérhetőségének erősítése informatikai rendszer segítségével}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34814459}, author = {Lakatos, András Rudolf and Török, Ádám}, journal-iso = {KÖZLEKEDÉSTUDOMÁNYI SZEMLE}, journal = {KÖZLEKEDÉSTUDOMÁNYI SZEMLE}, volume = {LXXIV.}, unique-id = {34814459}, issn = {0023-4362}, year = {2024}, pages = {4-9}, orcid-numbers = {Török, Ádám/0000-0001-6727-1540} } @article{MTMT:34789166, title = {Elektromos autóbuszok energiaellátásának innovatív megoldásai}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34789166}, author = {Lakatos, András Rudolf and Tóth, János}, journal-iso = {ELEKTROTECHNIKA}, journal = {ELEKTROTECHNIKA}, volume = {117}, unique-id = {34789166}, issn = {0367-0708}, year = {2024}, pages = {12-14} } @article{MTMT:34779923, title = {Review of Urban Access Regulations from the Sustainability Viewpoint}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34779923}, author = {Ma, Yunpeng and Mészáros, Ferenc}, doi = {10.3390/urbansci8020029}, journal-iso = {URBAN SCI}, journal = {URBAN SCIENCE}, volume = {8}, unique-id = {34779923}, abstract = {This article reviewed the urban vehicle access control policies derived from disparate spatiotemporal dimensions that aim to eliminate the negative externalities of traffic caused by urbanization. Urban access regulations are important tools often required to achieve the sustainable mobility vision of cities. Employing a systematic literature review methodology, this review summarized and analyzed various urban access control policies to enlighten policymakers and future scientific research. The results indicate that combinations of multiple-dimensional restriction policies (including inter-policy and intra-policy) have more significant effects than implementing a single policy. Classified according to their objectives, control policies were discussed in terms of their benefits and limitations. By calculating the updated values, it is possible to assess the aggregate national value of statistical life for road traffic crashes, thereby also characterizing the road safety situation in the country. It is important that the values set and the methods used are compatible with the practices of the European Member States. It must be stressed that updating the values is of major importance both for the costbenefit analysis of the various road safety measures and for raising public and decision-makers' awareness of the huge losses. The full identification and use of loss figures is an important element of road safety.
