	abstract = {The Hungarian public administration development path can be displayed in four stages: “democratisation” from 1990 until 1998, the beginning year of the EU accession negotiations; “Europeanisation” as preparing for EU accession until 2004, when Hungary became full member of the EU together with 9 other countries. The next phase is the unsuccessful “quest for efficiency” until 2010, including 2008, when the Hungarian state budget faced insolvency and turned to the IMF for a standby loan. Finally, in 2010 the era of continual crisis management started with the financial and economic crisis, the migrant crisis, the Covid–19, and the war in Ukraine.},

	abstract = {The paper examines the financial culture and the use of financial knowledge of the Hungarian population based
		on Hofstede’s four-factor cultural dimension theory. Three research questions (financial application of
		Hofstede’s cultural model, testing it among the Hungarian population, and examining the relationship between
		financial knowledge and application) were investigated using a questionnaire-based quantitative research
		method on a representative sample. To answer the research questions, variables were grouped using principal
		component analysis, cluster analysis was performed to typify the population, and correlation analysis was
		carried out for financial knowledge and application. Based on the study, we recommended that financial
		education is important. A limitation of the study is that it is not representative in terms of educational
		attainment, but it is suitable for describing the financial characteristics of the Hungarian population. The study
		found that the Hungarian population can be characterized by applying Hofstede’s cultural model of finance. A
		significant part of the population holds collectivist views. It is also important to note that financial selfconfidence and success orientation are not related to financial knowledge and its successful application.},

	abstract = {A kormányzás közjogi karaktere a rendszerváltás (1990) óta állandóságot mutat, miközben a kormányzati képességek, a szervezet, a működés, a stílus jelentős változásokon mentkeresztül. Magyarország Alaptörvénye (2012) fenntartotta a közjogi kontinuitást, amely alapot biztosított a kormány, a végrehajtó hatalom, a kormányzás felértékelődésére a hatalommegosztás rendszerében. A közjogi stabilitás tág kereteket ad a végrehajtó hatalom prezidencializálódásának, egyúttal a kormányzás „perszonifikálódása” és „mediatizációja” számára is. A tanulmány bemutatja a közjogi hagyományok és a kormányzás metamorfózisának sajátos magyar dialektikáját az Alaptörvény utáni évtized (2012–2023) vázlatos áttekintése alapján.},

	abstract = {2021 és 2023 között négy átfogó értékrendi felvétel készült a budapesti lakosság körében, amelyek elsődleges adatait, következtetéseit foglalja össze a mű. A kutatás négy alkalommal, 1000 fő megkérdezésével történt, a felvételeket az E-Benchmark készítette. A kutatás tanulsága, hogy az értékrendi tényezők változnak ugyan a külső körülmények függvényében, de lényegesen lassabban, mint a politikai véleményklíma. A fővárosiak értékrendjének az egészség, a család és a biztonság képezik az alapját, amihez a nyugalom is társul, de a megkérdezettek a járvány időszakában a nyugalmat hajlandók voltak az állampolgári kötelességekkel felcserélni. Ugyanakkor a kollektív szerveződés értékei (civil participáció, politika, vallás) rendre alacsony támogatottsággal bírnak. A teljes érték-spektrumból a polgáriként azonosított értékekkel elsősorban a pesti, közepes vagy alacsonyabb státuszú, kétgyermekesek, illetőleg az idősebbek azonosulnak. A kapott eredmények szerint Budapest a felfelé törekvők városa.},
