A potential source of cognitive changes is the cephalad fluid shift in the body caused by the lack of hydrostatic pressure under microgravity. These alterations can be modeled under terrestrial conditions using ground-based studies, such as head-down tilt bedrest (HDBR). In this review, we compare the results of the space and HDBR cognitive research. Results for baseline and in-flight/in-HDBR comparisons, and for baseline and post-flight/post-HDBR comparisons are detailed regarding sensorimotor skills, time estimation, attention, psychomotor speed, memory, executive functions, reasoning, mathematical processing, and cognitive processing of emotional stimuli. Beyond behavioral performance, results regarding brain electrical activity during simulated and real microgravity environments are also discussed. Finally, we highlight the research gaps and suggest future directions.}, year = {2022}, eissn = {1664-042X} } @{MTMT:33120464, title = {Topic discovery in the diaries of Antarctica winterovererswith multilingual deep sentence encoders}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/33120464}, author = {Makrai, Márton and Ehmann, Bea and Balázs, László}, booktitle = {Proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Research, Technology and Education of Space (H-SPACE 2022)}, unique-id = {33120464}, year = {2022}, pages = {p48} } @{MTMT:33120458, title = {Investigating Cognitive Changes in Space Analog Paradigms}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/33120458}, author = {Tölgyesi, Borbála and Altbäcker, Anna and Barkaszi, Irén and Ehmann, Bea and Balázs, László}, booktitle = {Proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Research, Technology and Education of Space (H-SPACE 2022)}, unique-id = {33120458}, year = {2022}, pages = {p29} } @{MTMT:33120454, title = {Distant Psychological Monitoring of ICE-Groups: Quantitative and Qualitative Content Analysis Approaches}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/33120454}, author = {Ehmann, Bea and Altbäcker, Anna and Tölgyesi, Borbála and Balázs, László}, booktitle = {Proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Research, Technology and Education of Space (H-SPACE 2022)}, unique-id = {33120454}, year = {2022}, pages = {p18} } @inproceedings{MTMT:32768240, title = {Three-order normalized PMI and other lessons in tensor analysis of verbal selectional preferences}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/32768240}, author = {Makrai, Márton}, booktitle = {XVIII. It integrates Hungarian NLP tools in a framework whose individual modules can be developed or replaced independently and allows new ones to be added. The design also allows convenient investigation and manual correction of the data flow from one module to another. The improvements we publish include effective communication between the modules and support of the use of individual modules both in the chain and standing alone. Our goals are accomplished using extended tsv (tab separated values) files, a simple, uniform, generic and self-documenting input/output format. Our vision is maintaining the system for a long time and making it easier for external developers to fit their own modules into the system, thus sharing existing competencies in the field of processing Hungarian, a mid-resourced language.
