	abstract = {A terápiás kutyák különleges segítőtársak azok számára, akik fizikai, érzelmi vagy
		szociális kihívásokkal néznek szembe. Ezek a rendkívül képzett állatok különböző
		területeken képesek javítani életminőséget, támogatva ezzel a fogyatékkal élőket és
		azokat, akik kiemelt figyelmet igényelnek. A terápiás kutyák szerepe sokrétű, a fizikai
		rehabilitációtól kezdve az érzelmi támogatásig terjed, pozitív hatást gyakorolva a
		gondozottak mindennapjaira. Érzelmi támogatás és stresszcsökkentés: a terápiás
		kutyák képesek csökkenteni a stresszt, az anxietyt és a depressziót. Jelenlétükkel és
		érintésükkel elősegítik a nyugalom és a jólét érzését. Az állatokkal való interakció
		serkenti az oxitocin, az úgynevezett "szeretethormon" termelődését, ami ellazuláshoz
		és stresszcsökkentéshez vezet. Ez különösen hasznos lehet olyan kiemelt figyelmet
		igénylő csoportok számára, mint például a PTSD-vel (poszttraumatikus stressz
		zavar) élő személyek. Szociális készségek fejlesztése: a terápiás kutyák elősegíthetik a
		szociális készségek fejlődését is. A kutyák iránti természetes érdeklődés lehetőséget
		teremt a szociális interakciókra, segítve ezzel a kommunikációs készségek és az
		önbizalom növekedését. A terápiás kutyák jelenléte különösen előnyös lehet az
		autizmussal élő gyerekek számára, akik gyakran küzdenek a szociális interakciókkal.
		Fizikai rehabilitáció: a terápiás kutyák bevonása a fizikai rehabilitációs programokba
		motiváló lehet, és javíthatja a betegek együttműködését a terápiás gyakorlatokban. A
		kutyák segíthetnek a mozgásra ösztönzésben, javíthatják a motoros készségeket és
		segíthetnek az egyensúly és a koordináció fejlesztésében. Például egy labdát dobni
		egy kutyának vagy sétálni vele, kiváló gyakorlatok lehetnek a mozgássérült páciensek
		számára, segítve őket a fizikai erőnlét és az önállóság javításában.Tanulási készségek
		fejlesztése: a terápiás kutyák hasznos eszközök lehetnek az oktatásban is, segítve a
		tanulási folyamatot és a kognitív készségek fejlesztését. A kutya jelenléte csökkentheti
		a tanulási nehézségekkel küzdő gyerekek szorongását, így könnyebbé téve számukra
		az olvasást, írást és egyéb tanulmányi feladatokat. Az olvasás egy kutyának például
		egyre népszerűbb módszer, amely segít a gyerekeknek fejleszteni az olvasási
		készségeiket anélkül, hogy félnének a kritikától vagy a kudarctól. Összefoglalva, a
		terápiás kutyák fontos szerepet töltenek be a fogyatékkal élők és a kiemelt figyelmet
		igénylő személyek életében. Széles körű előnyeik révén javítják az életminőséget,
		támogatva a fizikai, érzelmi és szociális fejlődést. A terápiás kutyák nem csupán
		kedvtelésből tartott állatok; ők komoly segítőtársak, akik képesek áthidalni az
		emberek közötti kommunikációs és érzelmi réseket, elősegítve a gyógyulást és a
		fejlődést minden érintett számára.
		 THE ROLE OF THERAPY DOGS
		 Therapy dogs are a special companion for those facing physical, emotional or social
		challenges. These highly trained animals can improve quality of life in a variety of
		areas, supporting people with disabilities and those who need special attention. The
		role of therapy dogs is multi-faceted, ranging from physical rehabilitation to
		emotional support, making a positive impact on the daily lives of the people they
		care for. Emotional support and stress reduction: Therapy dogs can reduce stress,
		anxiety and depression. They can promote a sense of calm and well-being through
		their presence and touch. Interaction with the animals stimulates the production of
		oxytocin, the so-called "love hormone", which leads to relaxation and stress
		reduction. This can be particularly useful for groups that need special attention, such
		as people with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). Social skills development:
		Therapy dogs can also help to develop social skills. A natural interest in dogs creates
		opportunities for social interaction, helping to develop communication skills and
		confidence. The presence of therapy dogs can be particularly beneficial for children
		with autism who often struggle with social interactions. Physical rehabilitation: The
		inclusion of therapy dogs in physical rehabilitation programmes can be motivating
		and can improve patient cooperation in therapeutic exercises. Dogs can help
		encourage movement, improve motor skills and help improve balance and
		coordination. For example, throwing a ball to a dog or walking with it can be
		excellent exercises for patients with mobility impairments, helping them to improve
		physical strength and independence. Developing learning skills:Therapy dogs can
		also be a useful tool in education, helping the learning process and the development
		of cognitive skills. The presence of a dog can reduce the anxiety of children with
		learning difficulties, making reading, writing and other academic tasks easier for
		them. Reading to a dog, for example, is an increasingly popular way to help children
		develop their reading skills without fear of criticism or failure. In summary, therapy
		dogs play an important role in the lives of people with disabilities and those with
		special needs. They provide a wide range of benefits to improve quality of life,
		supporting physical, emotional and social development. Therapy dogs are not just
		pets; they are serious companions who can bridge communication and emotional
		gaps between people, promoting healing and development for all concerned.},

	abstract = {The concept of circular economy-based performance has gained significant interest within the highly competitive business arena and environment-concerned stakeholders. This study assumes that environment oriented HRM practices have significant effects on circular economy-based performance. This study aims to investigate the contributory effect of five selected components of green HRM on the circular economy-based performance of environment-concerned banking organizations. A total of 418 managers of commercial banks are the unit of analysis, and data were derived using a structured questionnaire from the respondents who are working in managerial positions in banking organizations in Bangladesh. The gathered data has been encoded by SPSS and analyzed through PLS-SEM 4. The results of this study reveal that all components of green HRM, i.e., green employment design, planning, staffing, training, and benefits significantly contribute to the circular economy-based performance of the banking sector.
