	abstract = {China has positioned itself as the world leader in sustainable development resources. This has taken root regardless of being the highest emitter of C02. Scholars have insisted that economic interest is the underlying factor behind sustainable development. We investigate China’s commitment to sustainable development goals against the backdrop of its level of engagement with citizens on sustainable development. Growing knowledge among Chinese citizens about climate change and sustainable development, or the PRC version, ecological civilization Shengtai wenming, has been established in scholarly research. Our research query is on how much of this awareness is the result of government intentionality to carry the citizens along in its recent commitment to sustainable development. Development communication dictates a joint effort among stakeholders to discuss issues and determine the development path. Using STAKOR, a scale designed to evaluate dialogical communication between organizations and their key stakeholders, to analyze the survey research and a review of existing policy documents, we survey the level of engagement on the topic of sustainable development with stakeholders in China to measure the level of China’s commitment to these goals. Is it merely an economic issue or a commitment to sustainable development goals? The results show a recent increased level of engagement with stakeholders, following pressure from inside and outside and several policy actions to support sustainable ecological civilization. Based on the recommendations proposed by respondents and evidence-based successful stakeholder engagement, we share recommendations for improved communication for sustainable development that can be applied in a broader context},

	abstract = {The search for cultural expertise capable of laying bare cultural biases that impede equable interaction in cross and multicultural workspaces has yielded theories such as cultural humility, cultural intelligence, cultural competence, and cultural reflexivity. These theories propose new ways of interaction in groups outside our origin cultures, where culturally institutionalized banalities resulting from our origin culture can be reduced in cross and multicultural settings. This study examines the use of pride in reinforcing culture and its impact on employee relationships in multicultural workspaces. It distinguishes between authentic and hubristic pride and highlights that cultural differences can pose a challenge. To conduct cultural research, pride needs constant review as it is a universal neurocomputational program designed to orchestrate cognition, physiology, and behavior. This inevitable challenge drives the need for competencies in cultural humility, competence, and reflexivity to taper situations of cultural diversity where ideas are contrary.  We propose the development of global tribal village workspace communication, holding a more expansive room for valuation with a focus on respect for the sensibilities of others and eschewing quick judgments that bring about incidences of disharmony.},

	abstract = {Örökérvényű eposzában a költő és hadvezér Zrínyi Miklós dédnagyapja, Zrínyi Miklós hősies önfeláldozását és hazaszeretetét meséli el. Egy katonai kód azonban új megvilágításba helyezi a művet, amely ennek alapján inkább a nemzetre hagyott végrendeleti információnak tekinthető. A szerzők, a Zrínyi Kutatócsoport már közzétette a Szigeti veszedelemmel kapcsolatos kutatásaik előzetes eredményeit a Polgári Szemle és a Jogtörténeti Szemle hasábjain. A jelen tanulmányban az epikus mű olyan egyéb kódolt információit értelmezik, mint például a Szent Adorján legendájára való hivatkozásokat. Miután feleségével, Natáliával keresztény hitre tért, Adorján mártírhalált halt Nicomédiában. A katonák pártfogójaként ismert mártír Szent György után Észak-Európa fő katonai védőszentjének számított hosszú időn át, így nagy tiszteletnek örvendett Flandriában, Németországban és Észak-
		Franciaországban is. A keleti ortodox egyház Szent Adorján és felesége emléknapját augusztus 26-án ünnepli (átdolgozott Julianus-naptár), amely szeptember 8-ra esik (a történelmi Julianus-naptár szerint), valószínűleg nem véletlenül egy nappal a szigetvári hős, Zrínyi Miklós, 1566-ban bekövetkezett mártírhalála előtt.
		
		
		In his timeless epic, the poet and general Miklós Zrínyi tells the story of his great-grandfather Miklós Zrínyi’s heroic self-sacrifice and patriotism. However,
		a military code sheds new light on the work, which can be considered more like testamentary information left to the nation. The authors, the Zrínyi Research Team, have already published the preliminary results of their study on the “Siege of Sziget” in the columns of the Civil Review and the Legal History Review. In the present paper, other coded information of the epic work, such as references to the legend of St. Adrian, are interpreted.
		After converting to Christianity with his wife Natalia, Adrian was martyred in Nicomedia. After the martyr St. George, known as the patron of soldiers, he was considered the main military patron saint of Northern Europe for a long time, so he was also highly respected in Flanders, Germany and Northern France. The Eastern Orthodox Church celebrates the memorial day of St. Adrian and his wife on August 26 (revised Julian calendar), which falls on September 8 (according to the historical Julian calendar), probably not coincidentally one day before the martyrdom of the Hero of Szigetvár, Miklós Zrínyi, in 1566.},

The sharing of online educational content and online pedagogy is becoming more and more prevalent and accepted in higher
		education. In order to meet the expectations of students and teachers, we are trying to use the Moodle framework as a platform for communication, knowledge acquisition and assessment. Student activity, the use of functions set up with different parameters, is administered, and statements and
		evaluations are made. The evaluation system will be made more enjoyable for the students by using the ranking and highlighting systems familiar in gaming software. We assess the effectiveness of the student-centeredness of the designed service, its possibilities and its motivational impact on the students, by evaluating the competitive feelings that are learned in the game basics. In this study, we discuss the results obtained after the introduction of the new system and the conclusions that can be drawn from them. Of note is the change in the amount of measurable activity in the framework and the distribution of the types of content clickable. In the concluding part of the paper, we will focus on further development directions, as well as on connected services and directions for further development, and try to make suggestions. The further development described in the paper is basically a successful implementation of the competitive motivation measurement, but further fine-tuning and linked services are needed.},

	abstract = {Pedagógusként és település vezetőként is mindig is kíváncsi voltam arra, hogy egy kistelepülésen élők mit gondolnak a helyi iskola teljesítményéről. Vajon érzik-e, hogy a települési intézmény munkája visszatükröződik a lakosok műveltségén, a falu közösségi életén? 2023-ban közoktatási vezetői végzettséget szereztem, ahol a dolgozatomban sikerült ezzel a témával kapcsolatos első lépéseimet megtennem. A vizsgálatot 2022 augusztus-október között folytattam le, ezért a felhasznált irodalmak között azok szerepelnek, melyek a vizsgálat időpontjában elérhetők voltak. Ezzel a vizsgálattal az volt a célom, hogy a megvizsgáljam a Dél-Fejér településeinek lakosságának véleményét az előzőkkel kapcsolatban. A lakosok látnak-e összefüggést a községük műveltségi szintje és a helyi iskola munkája és a között. Valamint mennyire aktív részese a helyi pedagógus társadalom a települést működtető közösségi életnek? Ilyen, vagy ehhez hasonló kutatást, esszét nem találtam, ezért ez munka úttörő ezen a területen. A szakirodalom feldolgozása során tisztáztam azon alapfogalmakat, melyek kutatás szempontjából relevánsak voltak számomra. Ilyen például a kisiskola és a műveltség fogalmának meghatározása. A vizsgálatomat kérdőíves módszerrel tettem meg. A kérdőívet a településen élők számára és a községet irányító polgármesterek részére is megosztottam. A polgármesterek esetén 10 fő (9 polgármester és a saját településem alpolgármestere), a lakosok esetén 811 fő töltötte ki az űrlapot. Ennek eredményének egy rész fogom bemutatni.},

	abstract = {The question is increasingly being asked at the beginning of the 21st century: does literacy still have a raison d'être? In the information society, all data and knowledge is at our fingertips  thanks  to  the  computer  networks  that  surround  our  entire  world and  the  data warehouses that are now becoming indeterminate in size. Is literacy and its level the same today as it was fifty years ago? Have the concepts that became popular at the end of the 20th century -competence and skills -influenced this in any way? What do people in small towns and villages think about literacy and its importance? Can the local small school and its staff play a role in changing  the  literacy  levels  of  communities,  and  can  they  be  expected  to  do  so?  Does  the tangible  proximity  of  artificial  intelligence  not  pose  a  threat  to  literacy  and  cause  its devaluation,  deterioration  and  decline?  This  study  seeks  to  answer  these  questions  by presenting and evaluating the results of questionnaires filled in by people living in a small area. At the  end  of  the  study,  it  draws  conclusions  based  on  the  results  and  presents  further  tasks that, if carried out, will provide an even broader insight into the relationship between literacy in small villages and the local primary school.},

	abstract = {Napjaink szaktanárképző rendszere a szakmai és a pedagógiai felkészítést foglalja keretbe és ennek a képzésnek a módszertani részét tovább erősítve kell fejlesztést végrehajtani. Az elmúlt három évtizedben a magyar szakképzés intézményrendszerét és tartalmát az állandó változás jellemezte, a reformok sorozata mégsem érte el célját. A folyamatos struktúra és tartalmi változás frissítette ugyan a szakképzési infrastruktúrát, korszerű tantervek készültek, de ezt a modernizálást csak szerény mértékű szakmódszertani átalakítás kísérte. A megvalósított fejlesztési programok mindegyike tett ugyan erőfeszítéseket a szakmai tanárok metodikai tudásának továbbfejlesztésére, de ezek eredménye kevésbé látszódott meg a gyakorlatban. A
		szakmai tárgyak tanításának módszereiről, a szakmai tanárok módszertani kultúrájáról szóló kutatásokról pedig szinte alig olvashattunk a szakmai sajtóban. Előadásunkban azt a kutatást és eredményeit kívánjuk bemutatni, amely ennek a módszertani hiánynak a részbeni felszámolására irányult a Dunaújvárosi Egyetemen. Előadásunkban bemutatjuk a hazai szakképzés változásának fontosabb állomásait, mérföldköveit és a kutatásokból kirajzolódó, előttünk álló fejlesztési feladatokat. Bemutatjuk azt a kutatást, amelyet kérdőíves módszerrel és célcsoportos interjúkból
		az intézmény mérnöktanár szakos hallgatói körében végeztünk. 
		
		Today's vocational teacher training system includes professional and pedagogical preparation, and the practical and methodological parts of this training must be further strengthened and developed. In the past three decades, the institutional system and content of Hungarian vocational training have been characterized by constant change, but the series of reforms did not achieve their goal. The continuous change in structure and content updated the vocational training infrastructure, modern curricula were prepared, but this modernization was accompanied by only a modest change in vocational methodology. All of the implemented development programs made efforts to further develop the methodological knowledge of professional teachers, but their results were less visible in practice. We could barely read about the methods of teaching professional subjects and research on the methodological culture of professional teachers in the professional press.  In our presentation, we would like to present the research and its results, which was
		aimed at partially eliminating this methodological deficiency at the University of Dunaújváros. In our presentation, we will present the most important stages and milestones of the change in Hungarian vocational training and the development tasks ahead of us emerging from the research. We present the research that we carried out using the questionnaire method and target group interviews among the engineering students of the institution.},
