A legfontosabb alapfogalmak tisztázását követően az akaratlagos mozgással kapcsolatos megfigyeléseket és ezek értelmezési lehetőségeit tekintjük át, többségében azokat, melyek az akaratlagos mozgás szándékát több 100 ms-mal megelőző felkészülési potenciál jelenségét alapul véve megengedik, vagy kizártnak tartják a szabad akarat lehetőségét. A kérdés szempontjából lényeges lehet annak mérlegelése, hogy képes lehet-e az idegrendszer termékeként felfogható pszichés tevékenység visszahatni magára az azt létrehozó rendszerre. The cause for the mismatch between perceived and physiological stress has not yet been properly identified. In this study, we assumed that cardioceptive accuracy (CAc) is positively associated with cardiovascular reactivity, and CAc and expectation about stress might account for the discrepancy between perceived and physiological stress. In a crossover experiment, we assessed cardioceptive accuracy in two ways (mental heartbeat tracking task and perception of heart rate), and induced physiological (handgrip exercise) and mental (N-back task) stress in 64 university students (51 % male, mean age 22.2). We assessed cardiac and electrodermal activity, and expected and perceived stress. We found that indicators of cardioceptive accuracy were not associated with cardiovascular reactivity. However, heart rate perception moderated the association between the change in heart rate and perceived stress in the physical but not in the mental task. Whereas heartbeat tracking accuracy was not associated with perceived stress. Moreover, perceived stress was predicted by the expected stress but not by the change in heart rate and electrodermal activity in the mental stress task. However, it remains unclear if this relationship holds within individuals. In this study, we tested the assumption that momentary within-person fluctuation in cognitive control (working memory updating and response inhibition) is associated with emotional reactivity in everyday life. We conducted an experience sampling study (eight two-hourly prompts daily) where participants repeatedly performed short 2-back and Go/no-go tasks in daily life. We assessed negative and positive affective states, and unpleasantness of a recent event to capture emotional reactivity. We analyzed two overlapping samples: a Go/no-go and a 2-back dataset (N = 161/158). Our results showed that better momentary working memory updating was associated with decreased negative affect if the recent event was on average unpleasant for the given individual. However, better-than-average working memory updating in interaction with higher event-unpleasantness predicted higher negative affect levels (i.e., higher negative emotional reactivity). These findings may challenge the account of better cognitive control being universally related to adaptive emotion regulation. We explored the role of mediators such as sensation seeking, the frequency of going out in the evenings, and drinking motives. We tested the proposed mediation model via structural equation modeling based on cross-sectional research conducted among Hungarian adolescents and young adults (N=1695, 42.5% male, M-age=18.98, SDage=1.89). The outcomes included the frequency of alcohol consumption and problematic drinking. Both alcohol consumption and problematic drinking were predicted in similar directions and magnitudes by sensation seeking, "going out," and coping drinking motives. However, eveningness still had a significant direct effect on alcohol consumption and problematic drinking after we controlled for sensation seeking, going out, and drinking motives. For problematic drinking, the possible role of drinking motives seems to be higher and more complex than it is for alcohol consumption. The mediators, such as sensation seeking, the amount of time spent out in the evenings, and drinking motives, can explain the eveningness -> alcohol consumption relationship and should be targeted for alcohol prevention programs among evening-type adolescents.}, keywords = {ASSOCIATION; Biology; alcohol consumption; adolescence; Reward; SUBSTANCE USE; Drinking motives; BRAIN-FUNCTION; Clock genes; Problematic alcohol use; Chronotype; Morningness-eveningness; Morningness-eveningness; outcome expectancies; Circadian typology; problematic drinking}, year = {2023}, eissn = {1525-6073}, pages = {1187-1197}, orcid-numbers = {Pigniczkiné Rigó, Adrien/0000-0003-2940-2110; Magi, Anna Katalin/0000-0001-6363-499X; Eisinger, Andrea/0000-0003-4433-8022; Demetrovics, Zsolt/0000-0001-5604-7551; Urbán, Róbert/0000-0002-2058-5937} } @article{MTMT:34506214, title = {A bőrgyógyászati páciensek komplex pszichodermatológiai ellátásának szükségessége}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34506214}, author = {Német, Borbála and Pigniczkiné Rigó, Adrien and Sárdy, Miklós}, doi = {10.1556/0406.2023.00044}, journal-iso = {MENTÁLHIGIÉNÉ ÉS PSZICHOSZOMATIKA}, journal = {MENTÁLHIGIÉNÉ ÉS PSZICHOSZOMATIKA}, volume = {24}, unique-id = {34506214}, issn = {1419-8126}, abstract = {A kutatások eredményei megerősítették, hogy a pszichoszociális tényezők (például a megterhelő stresszhatások) jelentős szerepet játszanak a dermatológiai páciensek életminőségének romlásában, bőrtüneteinek kiújulásában és fennmaradásában, amellett az adherenciát is befolyásolják. A szakirodalmi adatok szerint az életminőség romlására leginkább hatást gyakorló bőrbetegségek a pikkelysömör (psoriasis), a kontakt dermatitis, az atópiás dermatitis, a csalánkiütés (urticaria), a hajbetegségek (alopecia), a lepra, avagy Hansen-kór, a hegek, a túlzott mértékű izzadás (hyperhidrosis) és a genitális humán papilloma vírus. Ennek ellenére a bőrgyógyászati ellátás a jelenlegi magyarországi gyakorlatban a legtöbb esetben a biomedikális kezelésekre összpontosít. A pszichoszociális faktorok interdiszciplináris, komplex pszichodermatológiai felmérése és a pszichoszociális ellátásba kerülés (ez alatt értve az osztályos pszichológust és pszichiátert, vagy a kerületi pszichiátriai gondozót, vagy egyéb pszichoterápiás, támogató központot) nem szisztematikus, hanem leggyakrabban eseti jellegű. A szakirodalom által javasolt multidiszciplináris hozzáállás és kezelés elérhetősége igen szűk körben és csak néhány kiemelt központban valósul meg hazánkban. Fontosnak tartjuk ezért bemutatni azokat a szakirodalmi eredményeket, amelyek a komplex pszichodermatológiai ellátás mellett érvelnek, valamint felvázolni a javasolt kezelési modelleket. A pszichodermatológiai kombinált klinikák bevezetése – mivel csökkenti a pontatlan diagnózisok számát, a hatástalan kezelések arányát és a szükségtelen beutalások mennyiségét – költségcsökkentő megoldást jelenthet a bőrgyógyászati betegségek és a pszichológiai és pszichiátriai komorbid zavarok kezelésében. Jelen tanulmányban a szerzők javaslatot tesznek az első orvos–beteg találkozó során alkalmazható pszichoedukációra és gyors mentális állapotfelmérésre, és arra, hogy miként érdemes kiegészíteni a pszichokután betegséggel élő páciensek klinikai anamnézisét. Javasolnak egy, a bőrgyógyászati betegségek esetén alkalmazható pszichológiai szűrőcsomagot, majd a tanulmány végén az igazoltan hatékony támogató csoportok és pszichoterápiás egyéni, csoportos és online önsegítő intervenciók bevezetése mellett érvelnek.}, year = {2023}, eissn = {1786-3759}, pages = {307-317}, orcid-numbers = {Német, Borbála/0009-0005-0808-2877; Pigniczkiné Rigó, Adrien/0000-0003-2940-2110; Sárdy, Miklós/0000-0003-4306-5093} }
