Despite this, the genre has not become established in Hungary. This was mainly for political and social reasons. The new technologies available in the 21st century give everyone the opportunity to create in this genre at a high level. Their lives and work partially ran in paralell until Iványi jr. moved to England. With their lives i would like to present this branch of the Grünwald family’s life and the sorrowful fact that given there is no descendant this branch died out. In this study, we have done a comparative analysis of the different burial areas, the one inside the church building, and the burial areas around the church. Thus, 123 individuals from the 130 graves were examined as burials from the medieval monastery. The mortality data reflected that men were typically buried here, especially outside of the church area. Thus, in accordance with the archaeological data, the presence of monks can be de-monstrated mainly in the areas to the south of the church, while inside the church there are probably more secular burials. The anthropological data also gave us insight into the lifestyle and quality of life of those buried in the monastery.}, keywords = {Health; lifestyle; diet,; monastery burials}, year = {2024}, eissn = {2631-0376}, pages = {109-134} }
