This situation forces the public sector to focus on innovation and change. In this context, all private or public sectors benefit from information and communication technologies. Governments and international organizations must create the necessary regulations for societies to integrate into a new technology-driven industry. Industries will continue to evolve rapidly as it is now inevitable that these new technologies will be adopted to succeed in the market. In addition, 3D printing (additive manufacturing) is bringing about dramatic improvements in industries. Cloud and IoT services allow companies to store data more efficiently. Companies and businesses that cannot keep pace with innovation and transformation cannot adapt to the new economic system. Industry 4.0 offers many opportunities for more efficient and productive production processes. The future winners will be those businesses open to taking revolutionary steps in the industry.. At the same time, it is undeniable that the new digital age will increase inequality in income distribution worldwide. In this respect, governments and organizations should play a regulatory role to ensure that digital transformation has the least possible negative impact on businesses. These new technologies are becoming more affordable today, and some industries are taking cooperative steps to adopt them. The fundamental cause of ecological degradation is the release of greenhouse gases that includes carbon dioxide produced by humans, which may still be harmful if the emissions come from unsustainable sources. The primary goal of this study was to examine the impact of coal and oil rents, urban agglomeration, and economic growth on environmental quality in Pakistan using yearly data from 1971 to 2019. The interaction between the key variables was identified using an asymmetric (Non-linear Autoregressive Distributed Lag) model. Natural resources have a considerable influence on environmen- tal quality according to long-run and short-run results. Economic progress is also significantly impacted, while through the analysis urban agglomeration has a detrimental influence on environmental quality through positive and negative shocks. Furthermore, the findings of oil rents had a negative and positive effect on carbonization, whereas coal rents had a negative impact on environmental inclusion. Carbon dioxide emission is presently a worldwide rising concern; thus, Pakistan should also play a substantial role regarding the reduction of CO 2 emission and adopt the productive policies in direction to support the environmental sustainability. The adoption of smart home services faces significant obstacles in terms of reliability and stability. The Software Defined Networking (SDN) paradigm offers up novel approaches and trends to embrace smart technologies to tackle the issues of smart homes. To avoid accidents, we developed a vertical SDN-based multi-level structure consisting of two controllers with a parent-child connection. It enables smart homes to make optimal use of current services while also providing new services to smart homes and buildings, opening the path for future smart services. In addition, we created an Application Programming Interface (API) for the smart home to make it easier to use current services and pave the path for future smart services. We designed numerous jobs depending on their categorization to give smart services, which is beneficial for smart homes. Local topologies, cloud topologies, and cloud-local topologies have all been compared in the evaluation section. The performance of POX, NOX, and Flood Light controllers is measured using three performance metrics: mean throughput, Round-Trip Time (RTT), and packet loss across all three topologies. Our findings revealed that the cloud-local topology had the lowest packet loss ratio of 1.4%, while the local and cloud topologies had 1.9% and 2.3%, respectively. These technologies offer new opportunities in automation, data-driven decision making, and customer service that can have a significant impact on companies' competitiveness and economic growth. At the same time, it is important to understand that the general application of GPT and AI alone does not guarantee a company's competitive advantage. There are many factors to consider, and the pros and cons must be weighed carefully. Ethical and legal issues such as data protection and non-discrimination are critical. In addition, adapting to technological development and a changing environment is key to long-term success. In this paper, the importance of corporate application of GPT and MI, advantages and disadvantages, ethical and legal aspects, challenges of regulation and development, as well as the importance of cooperation and training are reviewed. Pursuing reasonable and responsible use can enable companies and the economy to improve competitiveness while protecting society and the rights of individuals. The first part of this paper introduces the Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (GPT) and some key concepts related to ChatGPT. In the second part, the effects, opportunities, and limitations of GPT on businesses follow.
