	abstract = {The article examines three principal devices of L. Tolstoy’s poetics in the novel Resurrection [Voskresenie]: metaphorization, contrasts and oppositions, and repetition and rhetorical climax. Repetition of certain fragments marks a turning point in the plot, as well as a return to the true nature of things, with multiple arrangements gradually intensifying to amplify the effect. The use of such devices can be observed in the metaphorization of nature which accompanies transformations of the male and female protagonists, for example, in the description of the garden with lilac bushes and the nightingale, the ice breaking on the river, or a sweltering day on the train and in the city. The repeated images conjure up parallels between the fragments describing the characters’ falling in love and committing a sin, as well as between the scenes of train journeys — to the army and to the prison camp. The characters’ intellectual and spiritual development is expressed through tropes and repetitions of motifs and sounds, which shifts the focus from the ideological to the poetic dimension, and helps create new images that complement the narration’s ideological foundation.},

	abstract = {Such a significant work of L. N. Tolstoy as the novel “Resurrection” has not yet found its lexicographer. The linguopoetic study of the “Resurrection” can also serve as material for working on the author’s dictionary of the work, because the patterns and trends of the writer’s use of certain words in connection with the description of the judicial process, the investigation of crimes and similar phenomena are revealed. Thus, firstly, the semantic transformations of devastated traditional concepts in connection with the words "power, session, prison, hard labor" are considered; secondly, the formation of the new author’s word is also studied through similes and metaphors (see, in particular, the bestiary); and thirdly, an analysis of onomastics is carried out ("Lyubov, Katyusha, Maslova, Nekhlyudov"). From this point of view, the linguistic layer denoting the "fall", "punishment" and "salvation" in the realization in the text of the novel of the innovative meaning of the "resurrection", as a rethinking of the "court case" in the "history of service", is analyzed. The author’s observations on systemic relations are limited to a narrow range of vocabulary, due to the small coverage of the topic at this initial stage of the study. Conclusions are made on the basis of both phonogrammatic and semantic observations.},

	abstract = {Chekhov’s Short Story “The Student” and Dezső Kosztolányi’s Reflection: the Feuilleton Titled “Spring Mourning”. Dezső Kosztolányi’s feuilleton titled Spring Mourning, written in 1909, undertakes to evoke a decisive feeling from the childhood of the writer: the atmosphere of sadness that pervades Good Friday. This piece of writing considers a childhood incident as an experience determining the adult personality, and the artistically drawn images in it come into contact with A.P. Chekhov’s 1894 short story “The Student.” Kosztolányi’s life experience depicted in the journalistic text becomes interpretable within the recipient’s horizon of the Russian writer’s short prose fiction but, at the same time, under the influence of Chekhov’s poetics and through the surplus of artistic textualization, the piece of writing not only concretizes the former incident, but also expands it and transforms it into a universal experience, opening the way for experiencing the mystery of Easter by an individual.},
