We adopted several theoretical frameworks – external enablers theory, dynamic capabilities (DCs), and dynamic managerial capabilities (DMCs) – to explain the interaction of the actor-independent and actor-dependent factors in the process of new firm formation. We analysed four Hungarian blockchain start-ups that operate across financial services, cryptocurrency trading, crypto asset management, energy, information technology, and identity industries and create high value-added and cross-industrial offerings for Hungarian and foreign markets. Using qualitative study research results, the study develops the model of external enablers, founders' and firm capabilities and new venture creation. We identify three interconnected external enablers – namely, market volatility associated with the growing popularity of cryptocurrencies and the underlying blockchain technology, the properties of blockchain, and the ideology behind the technology – and discuss the role of entrepreneurs' DMCs and sensing and seizing activities in discovering and shaping these enablers into profitable business ideas.}, year = {2023}, eissn = {1588-2659}, pages = {537-559}, orcid-numbers = {Sebrek, Szabolcs Szilárd/0000-0002-3625-1456} } @inproceedings{MTMT:33602824, title = {Challenges of shopping cart content categorization with LSTM neural networks}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/33602824}, author = {Balogh, Zoltán}, booktitle = {2022 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)}, doi = {10.1109/ICECCME55909.2022.9988617}, unique-id = {33602824}, year = {2022}, pages = {1-4} } @mastersthesis{MTMT:33192809, title = {Szemantikus web technológiák alkalmazási lehetőségei az „exploratory” OLAP-ban}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/33192809}, author = {Molnár, Géza}, doi = {10.14267/phd.2022062}, unique-id = {33192809}, year = {2022} } @article{MTMT:33067140, title = {Decision-Making Through a Self-Service Business Intelligence Solution}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/33067140}, author = {Molnár, Géza}, doi = {10.26648/JAM.2022.1.002}, journal-iso = {JAMPAPER}, journal = {JOURNAL OF APPLIED MULTIMEDIA}, volume = {17}, unique-id = {33067140}, issn = {1789-6967}, year = {2022}, eissn = {1789-6967}, pages = {8-16} } @article{MTMT:32875554, title = {Affordances in blockchain-based financial recommendations concerned with life events and personalities}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/32875554}, author = {Borbásné Szabó, Ildikó and Ternai, Katalin and Fodor, Szabina}, doi = {10.1080/17517575.2022.2081935}, journal-iso = {ENTERP INFORM SYST}, journal = {ENTERPRISE INFORMATION SYSTEMS}, volume = {16}, unique-id = {32875554}, issn = {1751-7575}, abstract = {Blockchain technology creates the possibility for developing knowledge-intensive goods. Only a few studies in Affordance theory deal with investigating blockchain. This paper aims to discover affordances in blockchain when designing an AI-based financial recommendation system as a decision support system. The design thinking methodology was extended with machine learning and business process modelling to discover financial offerings, digital objects to be tokenised, advantages gained from the tracing affordances and consensus mechanism, and the role of smart contracts for each persona. The implementation of discovered blockchain-based applications requires a multichain framework to meet the requirements of design affordances.}, keywords = {machine learning; blockchain; Design thinking; Servitization; affordance theory; Business process modelling}, year = {2022}, eissn = {1751-7583} } @article{MTMT:32866703, title = {Development of the Improved Exercise Generation Metaheuristic Algorithm EGAL+ for End Users}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/32866703}, author = {Láng, Blanka and Dömsödi, Balázs}, doi = {10.3991/ijet.v17i11.28099}, journal-iso = {INT J EMERG TECH LEARN}, journal = {INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES IN LEARNING}, volume = {17}, unique-id = {32866703}, issn = {1868-8799}, year = {2022}, eissn = {1863-0383}, pages = {210-224} } @article{MTMT:32680915, title = {Addressing the Phenomenon of Overtourism in Budapest from Multiple Angles Using Unconventional Methodologies and Data}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/32680915}, author = {Pérez Garrido, Betsabé and Sebrek, Szabolcs Szilárd and Semenova, Viktoriia and Bal, Damla and Michalkó, Gábor}, doi = {10.3390/su14042268}, journal-iso = {SUSTAINABILITY-BASEL}, journal = {SUSTAINABILITY}, volume = {14}, unique-id = {32680915}, year = {2022}, eissn = {2071-1050}, orcid-numbers = {Sebrek, Szabolcs Szilárd/0000-0002-3625-1456} } @article{MTMT:32660726, title = {An Autoencoder-Enhanced Stacking Neural Network Model for Increasing the Performance of Intrusion Detection}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/32660726}, author = {Brunner, Csaba and Kő, Andrea and Fodor, Szabina}, doi = {10.2478/jaiscr-2022-0010}, journal-iso = {J ARTIF INTELL SOFT COMPUT RES}, journal = {JOURNAL OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND SOFT COMPUTING RESEARCH}, volume = {12}, unique-id = {32660726}, issn = {2083-2567}, year = {2022}, eissn = {2449-6499}, pages = {149-163} } @article{MTMT:32502879, title = {Voting.
