	abstract = {A halláscsökkenés korai felismerése gyermekeknél igen fontos a beszédfejlődési zavarok
		vizsgálatánál. A 3-6 éves korosztálynál jelenleg az objektív mérések mellett az időigényes,
		szurdopedagógus segítségével kivitelezhető, játékaudiometriával végzett hallásküszöbvizsgálatokra támaszkodhatunk. A beszédaudiometria a teljes hallópályát vizsgáló funkcionális
		eljárás, angol és német nyelvterületen igen nagy sikerrel alkalmazzák kisgyermekeknél.
		Magyar nyelven jelenleg nincs használatban gyermekekre szabott tesztanyag hiányában.
		Célunk egy validált, 3 éves kortól alkalmazható, magyar nyelvű beszédaudiometriai teszt
		kidolgozása. A tesztanyagot a Mainzer Audiometric Test for Children (MATCH) alapján a
		magyar nyelv fonémaeloszlását figyelembe véve hoztuk létre. A hangfelvételek professzionális
		hangstúdióban kerültek felvételre, akusztikailag kontrollált intonációval és prozódiával. A
		nemzetközi és magyar hagyományoknak megfelelően női beszédhangot választottunk. A teszt
		elvégzését képanyag segíti, melyet egy érintőképernyős, adaptív algoritmussal rendelkező
		hordozható audiométerbe implementáltunk a fejlesztők segítségével. A teszt lehetővé teszi
		szűrővizsgálatok elvégzését pl. óvodai környezetben. A módszer ugyanakkor alkalmas klinikai
		környezetben történő diagnosztikai vizsgálatra, akár szabad hangtérben is, mely a
		hallókészülékkel vagy implantátummal ellátott gyermekek mérésénél, utánkövetésénél
		jelenthet segítséget.},

	abstract = {We tested the expression of known (p16(ink4), Ki67, p53, EGFR) and a new immunohistochemical (collagen XVII/BP180) biomarker in head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (SCC) of diverse anatomical localization. Tissue microarrays (TMA) of 124 SCC were created, immunostained, and analyzed following whole slide digitalization using the Pannoramic Scan and the TMA Module software (3DHISTECH Kft, Budapest, Hungary). Statistical analysis of scoring results was carried out using Pearson's chi-square test. We observed the significant elevation of p16(ink4) and Ki67 expression in supraglottic, tonsillar and tonsillo-lingual SCCs compared to those affecting the oral cavity, oropharynx without tonsils, larynx without supraglottis and the hypopharynx. This differential antigen expression may reflect the diverse route of embryologic differentiation followed by the affected regions except those of the tonsils and the supraglottis which show similar antigenic pattern but diverse developmental path. All the other biomarkers tested including p53, collagen XVII and EGFR were detected in the majority of cancers including high grade cases, but did not reveal any significant regional difference. Based on our results oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinomas may not be regarded as one entity. Concerning the oral cavity and the oropharynx, cancers affecting the tonsils (palatine and lingual) show significantly elevated p16(ink4) and Ki67 expression; so as the cancers of the supraglottis compared to the rest of larynx. Consequently, tonsillar and supraglottic cancers show similar biomarker profiles. Correlation of differential biomarker expression with diverse biological behavior in head and neck cancers need further investigations.},

	abstract = {Human papillomaviruses are known to cause cancers of the cervix and other anogenital tract sites. Epidemiologic and molecular pathology studies have also suggested that HPV infection may be associated with cancers of the head and neck. Modes of transmission of HPV infection in the head and neck region have not been fully resolved; however, perinatal transmission and an association between sexual behavior and risk for HPV-positive cancers have been presented. Among the HPV types infecting the mucosa, high-risk, intermediate-risk and low-risk genotypes are defined, depending on their presence in carcinoma or precursor lesions. The phylogenic groups of HPVs also showed a definite correlation with the morphology of head and neck tumors. The groups A6, A7, and A9 include viruses that are frequently demonstrated in basaloid and verrucosus squamous cell carcinomas known to associate with HPV infection. Integration of HPV DNA into the host cell genome occurs early in cancer development and is an important event in malignant transformation. There is a trend for patients with HPV-positive tumors to be nondrinkers or light drinkers, the majority of these patients are females, and the median age is lower than in the case of HPV-negative tumors, but this latter difference was not always statistically significant. In the Kaplan-Meier survival model, the HPV-positive verrucous and basaloid squamous cell carcinomas showed better survival rates than the HPV-negative typical squamous cell carcinomas. An increased radiocurability of HPV-positive head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) has also been demonstrated.},
