Az autoimmun betegségek gyakran járnak pszichés nehézségekkel, ezért ilyenkor kiemelten fontos a mentális egészség támogatása, amelyet a korábbi autonóm tevékenységek megőrzése és a másokra támaszkodás megélése erősíthet. A tanulmányban ismertetett kutatás az alapvető pszichológiai szükségletek koncepciójából merít, amely szerint az autonómia, a kapcsolódás és a kompetencia kielégítettsége pozitív kimenetellel jár mind a mentális egészség, mind a fizikai állapot terén. Az irodalomterápia hasznos kiegészítője a krónikus betegekkel végzett munkának. A kutatás két azonos koncepcióra épülő irodalomterápiás csoportfolyamat tematikus elemzését mutatja be. A csoportokon keresztül jobban megismerhettük a betegek élményvilágát és a pszichológiai alapszükségletek szerepét a betegséghez való alkalmazkodás folyamatában. E többletinformáció hozzájárulhat a betegek hatékony pszichés támogatásához. The maintenance of mental health and well-being strongly depends on retaining previous meaningful, autonomous activities and accepting reliance on others. The research aims to understand, how people living with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) interpret their living conditions in terms of SDT-related needs and motivational factors. In the first part of this mixed-method study, semi-structured interviews were conducted regarding outstanding life story episodes. The second part consisted of questionnaires including the Basic Psychological Needs Scale and some relevant health psychological variables. To label and organize the themes of the needs, a thematic analysis was developed by using Atlas.Ti. NarrCat narrative categorical content analysis algorithm was used to analyze the quantifiable rate of use of active verbs in the self-narratives. The results of 34 RA patients confirmed that satisfaction of the needs is related to a higher degree of agency. The proportion of positive relationship experiences was higher in the high-point episodes, while in their low-point episodes, the patients reported various loss experiences. Another impressive result showed that the experience of competence is strongly related to others. In these episodes, the narrator experiences activity indirectly through other's actions. Further data collection and analysis is still underway. An in-person workshop with MU representatives and adherence experts, using the Nominal Group Technique, further refined these stages for MU engagement.ResultsThe DMATech framework included three phases: 'Innovation,' 'Research and Development,' and 'Launch and Implementation,' each encompassing multiple steps. The workshop, attended by five MU representatives and nine adherence experts, identified critical stages for MU input including context analysis, ideation, proof of concept, prototype creation, DMATech's iteration, critical evaluation, healthcare implementation, real-world assessment, and improvement. Nevertheless, there was a divergence of consensus regarding the importance of MUs engagement in regulatory, financial, and marketing aspects.ConclusionsThis study provides a holistic framework for DMATech development and implementation and underscores the necessity of MU engagement at various stages. Modes of MU engagement cannot be generalized; a case-by-case evaluation of engagement strategies is essential.}, keywords = {PATIENT; Medication Adherence; FRAMEWORK; Health Care Sciences & Services; Health Policy & Services; patient engagement; Digital health technology; multi-stakeholder collaboration}, year = {2024}, eissn = {1744-8379}, orcid-numbers = {Ágh, Tamás/0000-0002-9609-0236} }
