MonsoonSIM is a platform that provides business simulations packaged in the form of web-based games that offer students the experience of running a business virtually. This research examines the effectiveness of using MonsoonSIM in increasing student competency in the Accounting Information Systems (AIS) course from the perspective of TAM and UTAUT theory. This study is quantitative research with a survey approach. The sample for this research was 102 students who used MonsoonSIM as a learning medium for the AIS course. This study confirms that Perceived Ease of Use, Facilitating Condition, and Social Influence regarding the use of MonsoonSIM have a positive significant influence on Students’ AIS competence. Then, the higher student’s competence in AIS, the better Students’ Learning Outcome. However, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Enjoyment of MonsoonSIM do not affect significantly on Students’ AIS Competence. This study support of the use of business game simulation in accounting education institutions to enhance the better understanding of AIS. One of the efforts to eradicate corruption is implementing a whistleblowing system. This research aims at examining the effects of professional commitment, leadership style, organizational culture, rewards, and level of retaliation towards internal whistleblowing intentions. The sample used in this research consisted of 125 Indonesian civil servants who worked in Klaten Regency, Central Java. This research indicated that professional commitment, organizational culture, leadership style, and reward had a positive and significant effect on internal whistleblowing intentions. However, the research could not show that retaliation influences internal whistleblowing intentions. This research implied strengthening professional commitment, organizational culture, leadership, and rewards that could increase whistleblowing intentions. One of these companies is PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Jember, Indonesia. Many factors were affected the quality of ERP implementation. One of them is known as the Critical Success Factor (CFS). This study aimed to describe implementation of ERP application and the Critical Success Factors during ERP deployment at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (SAT), Indonesia. This study used qualitative method for gaining data and research analysis. Interviewed are done with the key users. The results of analysis showed that five critical factors that supported and influenced the ERP implementation in the company, namely; Management Commitment and Support, User Involvement, Communication, Hardware and Equipment, and Education and Training. Those five factors have significant impact on the successful of ERP implementation at retail franchise company in Indonesia. In conclusion, the implementation of TAF application improved the quality of accounting information system information for the company.
