	abstract = {A családi vállalkozások teljesítménye nagymértékben függ attól, hogy miként ismerik fel és hasznosítják erőforrásaikat, különösen a családi eredetű, immateriális tényezőket. Jelen kutatás a hazai családi borászatokat vizsgálja, feltárva erőforrásaik szerkezetét, azok kettős – egyszerre előnyöket és hátrányokat hordozó – természetét, valamint a mindennapi működésbe való beépülésük módját. Kvalitatív interjúkra és a releváns szakirodalomra támaszkodva három új elméleti összefüggést azonosítanak a szerzők: a familiness dinamikus, életciklusfüggő értelmezését, a status quo fenntartásának, mint új, erőforrásgátló mechanizmusnak a szerepét, valamint a fizikai és immateriális erőforrások integrációjából létrejövő „természeti VRIN” konfigurációt. Az eredmények alapján egy holisztikus, hétlépéses, iteratív erőforrás-menedzsmentmodellt dolgoznak ki, amely hidat képez az elméleti megközelítések és a gyakorlati működés között, és hozzájárul a családi vállalkozások erőforrás-dinamikáinak mélyebb megértéséhez.},

	abstract = {This study investigates which intangible resources underpin continuity in family-owned wineries. Integrating the resource-based view (RBV) with dynamic capabilities theory (DCT), we develop the concept of dynamic familiness, defined as the set of family-specific resource elements and routines that remain functional only when they are deliberately transmitted, maintained, and continuously renewed. The analysis draws on an existing qualitative database comprising semi-structured interviews and case studies of Hungarian family-owned wineries. Resource elements were first grouped into RBV categories and then assessed along a continuity-oriented dimension that distinguishes between resources that require conscious reproduction and those that are relatively stable and can be sustained through formal transfer. The findings suggest that tacit knowledge, relational networks, culture and identity, and renewal-oriented routines are pivotal for continuity, whereas physical and financial capital, although necessary, are insufficient on their own to secure continuity over time.},

This form of leadership, which involves both exploiting existing capabilities and exploring new opportunities, is essential in navigating the complexities of modern winemaking. Ambidextrous leaders in family-run wineries excel not only in preserving the rich heritage of winemaking but also in embracing ecological innovation and sustainability. The dual capability extends to aligning the goals of the family and the business. Ambidextrous leaders skilfully manage family relationships, values and objectives while ensuring that these align with the business’ growth, innovation, and environmental stewardship goals. By doing so, they create a harmonious blend of family unity and business success.
