A játékelemek beillesztésével valósághű játékélményt teremt, lehetővé téve a munkakör valós modellezését. Abstract Gamification in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and selection, is pivotal for enhancing engagement, assessing skills, and promoting fairness. By incorporating game elements, it creates an immersive candidate experience, offering a realistic job preview. Standardized games mitigate biases, ensuring objective evaluations. Gamification boosts candidate motivation and commitment, standing out as an employer of choice. Its significance lies in identifying adaptable talents while fostering a culture of continuous learning. Overall, gamification transforms HR practices, making the hiring process dynamic, engaging, and effective. Similar interest surrounds esports, which has become one of the fastest developing types of "new media" in recent years. In esports, as well as in the video game industry besides creative content production, technology and digitization play a decisive role. In our research, we draw a parallel between digitization, the economy and sports performance in an area researched by relatively few. Based on the Digital Society and Economy Composite Index (DESI) published annually by the European Commission, we examine the digitization of the Member States of the European Union and whether a link can be found between esports performance and the digital development of each Member State. In the first part of the research cluster analysis was used in order to map the pattern of digital development across the EU, where four main direction was found, based on which four groups, namely "digital winners", "digital laggards", "technology-"and "user focused" states were identified. The developmental role of play is used in many areas, education and training being no exception. In this article, the role and importance of toys in physical education sessions for pupils in the specialised teaching service who are in physical education are examined. The research included 120 students from schools in Hajdúböszörmény and Hajdúdorog, who are part of the Hajdúböszörmény branch of the Hajdú-Bihar County Pedagogical Service and are classified as students in physical education. We were looking for answers to questions such as what sports or movement games they play in PE sessions, how much they like them and how motivated they are by playing them. The results of the research confirm that the positive personality of the physical education teacher, the colourful toolbox and the methods he uses, such as the use of movement games, motivate pupils to actively participate in physical education lessons. By exploiting the motivational role of games, both children's attitudes towards physical education and their activity in class can be shaped. Dogs can encourage the owner to engage in daily walks, play, sports and other interactions, which are beneficial for physical, mental and social well-being, as has been proven by various studies. The aim of our research was to investigate the role and impact of dogs on dog owners' physical activity, dog interactions and mental health. To achieve our goal, we created an online questionnaire that was completed by 220 dog owner respondents. Our research sought to understand how dog owners develop a relationship with their companion animal, the role of the dog in their active leisure time and the impact of the dog on the owner's mental health. We used a four-part questionnaire to obtain our answers. The first part covered demographic questions, the second part focused on the respondent's dog and the time spent with him/her doing sports. In the third part, the Monash Dog-Owner (MDORS) (Cavo et al., 2016) questionnaire was used and in the last part, the Mental Health Test was used. Our research has confirmed that exercising with dogs has positive effects on humans. Walking with a dog encourages exercise and also encourages the owner to spend time outdoors. Around 26% of the people in the study exercise together and 77.3% walk with their dog. The mental health of dog owners is medium and the level of happiness is above average. Owners - especially in urban environments - often go out with their pets. One of the most important leisure activities with a dog can be dog walking, which can contribute to ensuring the need for daily activity, but more and more people take their dogs with them during their leisure activities and travels, so dogs appear in both recreation and tourism. Since keeping dogs can increase the physical activity of the population by encouraging leisure activities, improve their health and thereby contribute to preserving their ability to work, many researches focus on the positive effects of keeping dogs. In this study, we aimed to collect and present secondary research that examines these beneficial effects. In 1990, Hungary was Bulgaria’s third largest sending market; therefore, leisure trend studies are important as they can help to satisfy the needs of Hungarian tourists and attract them to the destination and increase their visitor satisfaction. The aim of our study is to examine the leisure time patterns and leisure preference system of Hungarian tourists, which is evident during their travels. This study examines the willingness of Hungarian tourists to travel to Bulgaria. According to the results of the secondary and primary research, the vast majority of Hungarian tourists travel to Bulgaria mainly for beach holidays, but, in addition to mass tourism, the country’s culture, history, ecotourism, health tourism, wine and gastronomy may represent further travel potential for Hungarian tourists. Having examined the attitudes of Hungarian tourists (n = 952), the study offers useful recommendations for Bulgarian tourism organizations and Bulgarian and Hungarian tour operators, as factor analysis is used to create groups belonging to factors that can be included as key target groups in publications promoting Bulgaria.
