The classical one-step Avrami kinetics does not properly describe this transformation due to the formation of oxide inhibitors from contaminants. However, the same results could be perfectly described by a complex Avrami kinetics supposing two parallel steps of transformations: i). fast transformation along the initially metallic Ti/TiB2 interface and ii). delayed transformation along contaminated Ti/TiB2 interface. Data for kinetic calculation was obtained by X-ray diffraction and Rietveld refinement on the sintered samples. Munkám során porkohászati módszer alkalmazásával, az ötvözetlen titán szilárdságának növelésével foglalkoztam. A 99,4% tisztaságú 163-213 nm közötti szemcséket tartalmazó kiinduló porhoz (mátrix) különböző mennyiségben (5, 10, 15 és 20 m/m%) kevertem 3-5 nm-es szemcseméret tartományú őrölt titán port. Az így létrehozott keverékekből szobahőmérsékleten különböző présnyomás (600, 800, 1000 és 1200 MPa) alkalmazásával készítettem hengeres geometriájú próbatesteket. A hidegen préselt darabokat ezt követően 1000 °C-on szintereltem. Kutatásom során két különböző szinterelési technológiát, a hosszú idejű (összesen 5 órás) külső nyomás nélkülit, és a rövid idejű (összesen 10 percig tartó) külső nyomás alattit (50MPa) hasonlítottam össze. Munkám célja leírni, hogy az őrölt titánpor mennyisége, a hidegpréselés mértéke, illetve a két eltérő szinterelési eljárás hogyan befolyásolja a nanoszemcsés őrölt titánnal erősített őröletlen titán mátrixú kompozit szilárdságát és sűrűségét. The uniqueness of the technology is that the rolling occurs from 3 directions. Therefore, a completely unique texture develops in the product compared to classic rolling. This aluminium semi-product is the base product for wire drawing. The characteristic of the strand greatly influences the success of the wire drawing therefore, knowing the crystallographic texture is demanded. In this paper, the grain structure and crystallographic texture variation during the full production technology of a Properzi semi-product is characterised. The examined strand includes all the technological steps of the process (casting and the 11 rolling steps). To perform such investigation, strand the complete production must be stopped for sampling because of the closed and semi-continuous type of the process, Therefore, the presented work is unique. To characterize the semi-product, cross-sectional and longitudinal-sectional samples were prepared. Grain structure and X-ray diffraction (XRD) texture examinations were carried out on the two sample series. Based on the results it can be stated, that despite of the grain refinement, initially a columnar structure formed and a strong texture developed. During rolling, the fibre texture developed. After the last step, the initial texture is still present besides the fibre texture.
