In many places, this is due to the uniqueness of the species or variety composition of the plantations and the cultivation technology used. In most cases, this is also justified by specific soil (ecological) conditions. In Hungary, publications on Paulownia have not yet included a volume table. However, the decisions about the integrated development of agriculture-related sustainable and resilient process networks require the consideration of the causally determined balances of the underlying complex interactions. Accordingly, the computer-assisted planning and operation of agri-environmental processes inspire the development of new, easily modifiable, extensible, and connectable modeling and simulation methodologies. In the past years, the method of Programmable Process Structures (PPS) has been implemented for studying of various complex agri-environmental processes. Here, PPS will be illustrated by case studies for a recirculation aquaculture system, for a complex food web-involved fishpond, and for an agroforestry system. The chapter aims to illustrate the role of dynamic modeling and simulation in support of planning and decisions at various levels, utilizing the same general framework of PPS. © 2022, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.}, keywords = {Aquaculture; Dynamic modeling; Agroforestry; Programmable Process Structures; Agri-environmental processes; Model-based decision; Sustainability-specific features}, year = {2022}, pages = {223-249}, orcid-numbers = {Gyalog, Gergő/0000-0002-3778-203X} } @CONFERENCE{MTMT:32708955, title = {Promising black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia L.) variety-candidates in Hungary: a short review}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/32708955}, author = {Keserű, Zsolt and Borovics, Attila and Rásó, János and Támba, M. and Ábri, Tamás and Rédei, Károly Miklós}, booktitle = {Pěstování lesů: nová témata ve střední Evropě : sborník původních vědeckých prací u příležitosti 21. vědecké konference pěstitelů lesa = Silviculture: New Issues in Central Europe : proceedings of original scientific studies at the occasion of the 21st scientific conference of silviculturists}, unique-id = {32708955}, year = {2021}, pages = {288}, orcid-numbers = {Ábri, Tamás/0000-0002-0317-0975} } @inproceedings{MTMT:32589801, title = {Dr. Tóth Béla nyárfakutató munkássága}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/32589801}, author = {Keserű, Zsolt and Rásó, János and Borovics, Attila}, booktitle = {Alföldi Erdőkért Egyesület Kutatói Napja : Tudományos Eredmények a gyakorlatban}, unique-id = {32589801}, year = {2021}, pages = {15-20} } @CONFERENCE{MTMT:32585321, title = {Above ground dendromass of black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia L.) in alley cropping systems}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/32585321}, author = {Honfy, Veronika and Borovics, Attila and Rásó, János and Keserű, Zsolt}, booktitle = {5th European Agroforestry Conference "Agroforestry for the transition toward sustainability and bioeconomy" May 2020, Italy, Book of Abstracts}, unique-id = {32585321}, year = {2021}, pages = {389-390} } @article{MTMT:32457532, title = {Stand structure and growth of Robinia pseudoacacia ‘Jászkiséri’ – ‘Jászkiséri’ black locust}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/32457532}, author = {Ábri, Tamás and Keserű, Zsolt and Rásó, János and Rédei, Károly Miklós}, doi = {10.17221/57/2021-JFS}, journal-iso = {J FOREST SCI}, journal = {JOURNAL OF FOREST SCIENCE}, volume = {67}, unique-id = {32457532}, issn = {1212-4834}, abstract = {Black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia L.) is one of the most widespread tree species introduced into Europe and also into Hungary. It covers 24% of the total Hungarian forest area, providing 25% of the annual timber output of the country. Due to the demands of consumers, new cultivars are to be produced by means of improvement techniques and are to be introduced into the practical forestry use. Mono- and multiclonal cultivars were developed, then variety comparison trials and cultivation tests were established. Based on preliminary yield tests the locust cultivar `Jaszkiseri' (Robinia pseudoacacia `Jaszkiseri') proved to be one of the best black locust cultivars. Consequently, a more precise investigation of the stand structure of this cultivar may also make a significant contribution to the improvement of the relevant cultivation technology. In this study, based on full inventories of 13 stands in 7 subcompartments, age of 5 to 35 years, relationships of mean tree volume to diameter (R2 = 0.9797) and basal area (R2 = 0.9781), furthermore the relationship between mean tree volume and diameter of the stands (R2 = 0.9993) were examined. Besides that, the comparison of 15-year-old `Jaszkiseri' and common black locust (a case study) were presented in this paper, where `Jaszkiseri' proved to be better: significant differences (P < 0.05) were found in diameter, mean tree volume and stem form.}, keywords = {Hungary; cultivar; fast growing tree species}, year = {2021}, eissn = {1805-935X}, pages = {489-497}, orcid-numbers = {Ábri, Tamás/0000-0002-0317-0975} }
