AB  - In reference to the security guard work the authoritarian, one person-leadership is dominant presently too in the facility protection by manpower of private security sector. But the aspect of tasks related to dayto-day operation and unusual events, spending time on efficient completion of this require, moreover in most cases demand this kind of management style.
Could this field be at least partly conducted, coordinated through greeted and expected democratic principles in the most of workplaces? Is it worth spending time and energy on this approach or it is useful at all? And if yes, with what kind of conditions is it worth dooing this?
The author is looking for the answer to this question through the concepts and the history of guarding security field, the tasks of safety managing and property guarding, the organizational culture and the attitude of leadership.
