They are effective tools for indicating process shifts, helping avoid an increased number of defective products in the manufacturing environment. However, their effectiveness is strongly dependent on the performance of the measurement system. In the scientific literature, numerous studies have examined the effect of measurement errors in statistical process control, but only a few of them have focused on developing risk-based control charts that consider the cost of decisions during process control; furthermore, they were developed only for the case of multivariate and adaptive control charts such as T-2 and VSSI (Variable sample Size and Sampling Interval) X-bar charts. This paper fills this gap by using the proposed risk-based concept for commonly used control charts such as X-bar, Moving Average (MA), Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) and Cumulative Sum (CUSUM) charts. The effectiveness of the developed risk-based control charts is demonstrated by simulations and real-life datasets.}, keywords = {Control charts; Risk-based approach; EWMA chart; consumer risk; decision cost}, year = {2023}, eissn = {2169-3536}, pages = {97567-97573}, orcid-numbers = {Katona, Attila Imre/0000-0001-7946-6265; Hegedűs, Csaba/0000-0001-9556-2927; Kosztyán, Zsolt Tibor/0000-0001-7345-8336} } @misc{MTMT:34140239, title = {Does geography matter? This trend is most evident on social media, where contents, attitudes and evaluative judgments meet on technology-driven platforms. Moreover, human networks also started communicating with social bots or conversational interfaces. All these challenges can trigger a redesign of self-concept via technology. Therefore, the paper investigates how social media machines affect self-concept-related academic research. First, pioneers of the field are presented. Second, the self-concept research in digital technology and social media is summarised. Topic networks illustrate critical research fields with the latest trends and future implications. Last but not least, we also investigate how emerging media phenomena affect academic trends in the case of social bots or fake news. The study aims to support the connected research in psychology, business, management, education, political science, medicine and media studies with an understanding of the latest trends. The additional goal is to highlight the potential of market-based research cooperation with academia supporting significant developments and funding.}, year = {2023}, pages = {2-27}, orcid-numbers = {Fehér, Katalin/0000-0003-3293-0862; Katona, Attila Imre/0000-0001-7946-6265} } @article{MTMT:33567519, title = {Does geography matter? This situation calls for in-depth analyses of tourism research. Scholars have already published review studies on COVID-19-related research within the tourism field; however, these studies do not connect findings, such as the research focus, research methodology and target group, to form a research profile, and the geographical patterns of the findings are not identified. study, COVID-19-related tourism studies were collected and analyzed in depth following the Preferred Reporting Items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) method. In addition, data-driven methods, such as spatial multilayer networks, frequent patterns and content-based analyses, were applied to identify research profiles and their geographic patterns. This study pointed out the role of geographic patterns in tourism research, going beyond the research of the authors. Moreover, topics, focus destinations, applied methodologies and employed data sources have relevant geographic patterns. Four dominant research profiles that show that a shift can be observed in tourism research toward data sources and research methods were identified.
