Therefore, the study aimed to determine the potential need for this kind of solution by Zala County enterprises. Methods: As a first step, the paper presents the existing literature with the help of a literature review. Afterwards, questionnaire sampling was conducted among local enterprises. The paper applies several statistical methods (e.g., descriptive statistics, SPSS, exploratory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling) to the sample for the validation of the reorganization demand. Results: The study obtained a total of 147 complete responses from the 1022 invitations. An overwhelming majority of the respondents indicated regular and significant delays in their logistics processes, as well as the need for a new simulation method. Based on the SEM model, it has been observed that IT solutions are being utilized in an inefficient manner, resulting in logistical system issues and operational damages. Conclusion: The paper successfully identified a research gap, the research of which can have not only theoretical but also many practical benefits. Hopefully, the results will generate other academic research in this field. Therefore, one of the most important topics of the social sciences nowadays, the identification of the sustainable solutions. As the problem of the climate change is very complex, we have to examine it from different aspects/territories/industries. Logistics is one of these territories. Today logistics is more and more criticized as the average supply chains contribute in a highlighted way to the environmental pollution. In the past academic discussion, Short Supply Chains appeared as a potential solution but so far only in the field of agricultural sciences yet. One of our research aims is the definition of the basic shortened supply chain framework within a supply chain can be called 'shortened' in Zala County. For this, we will examine the implemented short supply chains on the ground of the literature review. We will seek the answer for the second important aim, which is the potential application of this technique, with qualitative methods among Zala County enterprises. As part of this research, an investigation was conducted to determine how such factors influence the daily material flow of enterprises in Zala County, one of Hungary’s 19 counties. With the help of qualitative sampling, we identified which variables affect logistics processes. As an initial step of the research, classic and modern trends of logistics software support were compared through a literature review. Results show that the lack of simulation forecasting is a serious deficiency for applied technologies. In the second part of this paper, we identify the measurable variables and their significance on future simulations with the help of a qualitative method. This research has been a precursor to our long-term research approach, in the scope of which company processes are modelled and subsequently improved through simulation. One of the most popular solutions that corporations are implementing is RPA, and this study will represent how this technology is present in business daily operations. With the help of action research methodology, we mainly want to determine that what can be the effects the application of RPA technology in the financial sector. This combines physical and digital solutions and is now used as a unique way of making products available. In the future, retailers will use artificial intelligence, machine learning and cognitive computing to deliver personalised 'moments' to consumers, improving the shopping experience. This is particularly important in the area of supply chain dynamics, where companies previously focused on manufacturing excellence are focusing their efforts on improving the customer experience through greater flexibility, real-time information sharing and closer collaboration. The European Union strives to create a favorable business environment for them. Considering either Romania or Hungary, more than 94% of the entire corporate sector is made up of small and medium-sized enterprises. In our century, computer technology seeped into the Internet almost unnoticed. The innovations brought by computer technology have a great impact on businesses as well. The focus of the study is an (internet) strategy that provides new opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises. Today, we can almost say that there is no separate "Internet strategy", just simply strategy, since computing technology is everywhere, it is difficult to separate it from sales, marketing and other company functions. The corporate strategy defines the company's (organization, enterprise) long-term (shorter-term, depending on market conditions) goals, the methods, tools, and opportunities necessary to achieve them, which determine its scope of operation. Related to this is the process of strategic planning, which considers, evaluates and decides on the programs and projects that must be implemented in order to achieve the set goals. The corporate strategy is the set of concepts that designate the company's long-term goals, allocate resources to the goals to the extent necessary to achieve them, determine the directions of development, and the framework for the realization of the goals. In a fortunate case, the strategy is based on the company's core values, it is in line with the company's mission, i.e. the mission, the company's self-definition in the present, and the company's vision, the company's future self-definition.The majority of company managers do not see the different cloud services as well-founded and risk-free enough to use them to meet the company's needs. In the study, we review the various cloud services, as well as their challenges and opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises. LA - English DB - MTMT ER -
