	abstract = {Mid-size hotels in Central Europe are increasingly adopting AI chatbots to enhance customer service. They must,
		however, balance innovation with strict GDPR requirements.This study compares a cloud-based large language
		model (OpenAI’s GPT-4 API) against an on-premises deployment of an open-source LLM (Llama 3–13B) for
		hotel customer-service chatbots. We evaluate both solutions in the context of Cogniforce Labs deploying
		chatbots for regional hotels, focusing on GDPR compliance, operational cost, response latency, and customer
		satisfaction. Using three common use cases (booking modification, late check-in, and local recommendations),
		we simulate chatbot interactions and measure performance. The results show that the on-premises LLM offers
		superior data privacy (all guest data remains in-house, aiding GDPR compliance) and lower latency (up to ~35%
		faster responses), along with a more predictable cost structure. The cloud GPT-4 solution, however, delivers
		slightly higher answer quality, yielding greater customer satisfaction scores, at the expense of transmitting
		personal data to a third-party and incurring usage-based fees. Our findings suggest a trade-off between
		compliance/cost and service quality. Hotels prioritizing privacy may favor on-premise LLMs, while those
		emphasizing customer experience might opt for cloud AI with proper safeguards. We discuss hybrid strategies
		and provide recommendations for hospitality businesses navigating this choice.},

	abstract = {Background: Despite the fact that some results can be found for the logistics simulation in the literature, there is a lack of an experiment based on inner company data. Therefore, the study aimed to determine the potential need for this kind of solution by Zala County enterprises. Methods: As a first step, the paper presents the existing literature with the help of a literature review. Afterwards, questionnaire sampling was conducted among local enterprises. The paper applies several statistical methods (e.g., descriptive statistics, SPSS, exploratory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling) to the sample for the validation of the reorganization demand. Results: The study obtained a total of 147 complete responses from the 1022 invitations. An overwhelming majority of the respondents indicated regular and significant delays in their logistics processes, as well as the need for a new simulation method. Based on the SEM model, it has been observed that IT solutions are being utilized in an inefficient manner, resulting in logistical system issues and operational damages. Conclusion: The paper successfully identified a research gap, the research of which can have not only theoretical but also many practical benefits. Hopefully, the results will generate other academic research in this field.},

	abstract = {The use of QR codes in the field of e-business has brought significant progress in the efficiency of order tracking
		and logistics. This study explores how QR codes can be integrated into e-commerce systems, with a focus on
		shipping and logistics processes. The use of QR codes enables accurate tracking of products from order to
		delivery, thus increasing transparency and reducing the occurrence of errors. Customers can track the status of
		their orders in real time using QR codes, which improves customer experience and satisfaction. In the area of
		warehouse management, QR codes provide quick access to inventory data, which significantly increases the
		efficiency of work processes. In addition, the use of QR codes in inventory identification and management
		enables the implementation of automatic data entry and inventory updating, which reduces administrative
		burdens and minimizes the possibility of human error. The study points out that the use of QR codes not only
		enables the improvement of current systems, but also offers new opportunities for the development of intelligent
		logistics solutions. Overall, the introduction of QR codes into e-business logistics and order tracking processes is
		an innovative step that can provide companies with a sustainable competitive advantage in the long term.},

A blokklánc potenciálisan átalakíthatja a termelői és logisztikai műveleteket, javíthatja az átláthatóságot és a biztonságot, valamint csökkentheti az adminisztratív terheket. A világ fejlett régiói sokat tesznek az élelmiszerbiztonság javítása érdekében, azonban az integráció nem történik zökkenőmentesen. Egy informatikai rendszer önmagában nem tud mindent megváltoztatni. Az eredményes változáshoz megfelelő jogszabályok szükségesek. A kutatásban az Európai Unió és Magyarország került a fő fókuszba. Az Európai Unió élelmiszerbiztonságot érintő jogi szabályozása alapkövét képezheti egy határokon átívelő biztonságos rendszer kialakításának. Ebben a tanulmányban mind vállalati, mind felhasználói oldalról megvizsgáltuk a blokklánc magyarországi helyzetét az élelmiszeriparra fókuszálva. Egyfelől vállalati interjú készítésével, másfelől kérdőíves felmérés segítségével.},
