Methods: a primary research study was conducted to present the results of semi-structured in-depth interviews with parents of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (N=25). The aim of the study was to provide a comprehensive summary of the experiences of a group of 25 interview participants whose children with autism spectrum disorder participated in an obstacle course movement development programme. The interviews explored the impact of obstacle course movement development on the children's various skills (motor, social, communication and emotional/behavioural). Results: the parents' experiences confirmed that the obstacle course physical activity programme, which was provided for at least six months, was not only effective in developing children's gross motor and fine motor skills, but also led to positive changes in social relationships, social skills, communication skills and emotional behaviour. Mindfulness, with roots in Eastern meditation practices, has entered the tourism sector as a transformative element, contributing to the sustainability and well-being of both individuals and communities. This paper investigates how mindfulness-based tourism products (MBTPs) can enhance the tourist experience, facilitate personal growth, and promote a sustainable future. Method: Adopting an interdisciplinary approach, this study synthesizes empirical research across psychology, tourism and mindfulness to explore the integration of mindfulness in tourism. An in-depth literature review examines the correlation between mindfulness practices and a spectrum of health benefits, which are presented within a conceptual framework. This framework showcases the diverse and interconnected outcomes of mindfulness, such as increased compassion, reduced stress, and improved cognitive functions, which can be leveraged to enrich tourism experiences. Results and Discussion: The findings reveal that mindfulness practices lead to a comprehensive range of physical, psychological, and spiritual benefits. These include enhanced immune function, reduced medical costs, increased efficiency, and improved psychosomatic health, all of which are pertinent to creating transformative tourism experiences. The paper discusses how these benefits can be actualized through MBTPs to support inner growth, community well-being, and sustainable tourism development. The potential of MBTPs to foster increased awareness and conscious consumption patterns among tourists is also explored, highlighting the role of mindfulness in promoting environmental responsibility and cultural appreciation. Conclusion: The analysis culminates in the proposition that MBTPs hold significant promise for the future of tourism. By facilitating transformative experiences that prioritize well-being and environmental stewardship, mindfulness practices within tourism can lead to a paradigm shift towards more meaningful and responsible travel. The conclusion underscores the need for the tourism industry to embrace mindfulness not just as an adjunct but as a central component of the tourist experience, reorienting the industry towards practices that foster personal growth, community connection, and sustainability. As the paper suggests, the integration of mindfulness into tourism products can reshape the industry, aligning it with the aspirations of modern travelers seeking transformative and rejuvenating journeys. We have gathered and organized literature pertaining to the importance of environmental conservation. The article focuses on three target groups to explore their potential contributions towards a Green future: governments, corporations and businesses, and the younger generation, namely children. It presents the most vital governmental measures in the field of environmental conservation at both the European Union and national levels. From the perspective of businesses, the emphasis is on renewable energy sources and circular economy. Subsequently, the study identifies tools that schools and students can effectively utilize to ensure a greener future and foster sustainable development. The developmental role of play is used in many areas, education and training being no exception. In this article, the role and importance of toys in physical education sessions for pupils in the specialised teaching service who are in physical education are examined. The research included 120 students from schools in Hajdúböszörmény and Hajdúdorog, who are part of the Hajdúböszörmény branch of the Hajdú-Bihar County Pedagogical Service and are classified as students in physical education. We were looking for answers to questions such as what sports or movement games they play in PE sessions, how much they like them and how motivated they are by playing them. The results of the research confirm that the positive personality of the physical education teacher, the colourful toolbox and the methods he uses, such as the use of movement games, motivate pupils to actively participate in physical education lessons. By exploiting the motivational role of games, both children's attitudes towards physical education and their activity in class can be shaped. According to the pupils who participated in the sessions, it was found that they felt the positive benefits of the PE sessions in terms of performance, fitness and resilience and self-confidence. Dogs can encourage the owner to engage in daily walks, play, sports and other interactions, which are beneficial for physical, mental and social well-being, as has been proven by various studies. The aim of our research was to investigate the role and impact of dogs on dog owners' physical activity, dog interactions and mental health. To achieve our goal, we created an online questionnaire that was completed by 220 dog owner respondents. Our research sought to understand how dog owners develop a relationship with their companion animal, the role of the dog in their active leisure time and the impact of the dog on the owner's mental health. We used a four-part questionnaire to obtain our answers. The first part covered demographic questions, the second part focused on the respondent's dog and the time spent with him/her doing sports. In the third part, the Monash Dog-Owner (MDORS) (Cavo et al., 2016) questionnaire was used and in the last part, the Mental Health Test was used. Our research has confirmed that exercising with dogs has positive effects on humans. Walking with a dog encourages exercise and also encourages the owner to spend time outdoors. Around 26% of the people in the study exercise together and 77.3% walk with their dog. The mental health of dog owners is medium and the level of happiness is above average. These results confirm that promoting dog ownership can help to achieve the objectives of public health strategies to encourage people to be more active, to exercise or to improve quality of life and health. Our research aimed to report on the experiences of physiotherapy sessions for preschool children within the physical education sector, as this area is less researched. Our research presents the experiences of children and their parents who have participated in pre-school physiotherapy in a sample of children attending the Good Shepherd Reformed Kindergarten in Hajdúböszörmény. The results are presented based on the analysis of a questionnaire filled in by 50 parents and an interview with the physiotherapy teacher who teaches in the kindergarten. The survey shows that 8% of parents of preschool children did not know that their child was attending such sessions, 92% of parents were informed, but 20% did not know how many development sessions their child was attending. The majority of parents follow up on their child's development, but consider the information provided by the teacher to be insufficient. The vast majority of parents were also aware of their child's diagnosis. Parents' opinions showed that they consider the existence of physiotherapy sessions important, as they consider it essential for the effective development of a growing organism. Parents also noted positive effects of physiotherapy sessions, such as improved posture, flexibility, reduced orthopaedic deformities, increased endurance, or improved dexterity and hand-foot coordination. Another important aspect, according to parents, is that these sessions are free of charge, take place during nursery school hours and they are playful. According to the physiotherapy teacher, the number of sessions is not sufficient to achieve optimal improvement, given that the vast majority of children only receive development in kindergarten. These results are useful and can be used in the training of kindergarten teachers or further training courses.
