	abstract = {Az egzisztenciális coaching a mindennapi élet problémáival az élet nagy kérdéseinek perspektívájából foglalkozik. Olyan szituációkkal kapcsolja össze ezeket, amelyekkel mindannyian szembekerülünk életünk során, ám hiába foglalkoznak vele több ezer éve bölcsek és filozófusok, lelkipásztorok, pszichológusok, írók és költők, a maga válaszát mégis mindenkinek saját magának kell megtalálnia. Szervezeti kontextusban ez a vezető számára olyan problémákban testesül meg, mint az autentikus élet, a hitelesség, a tevékenysége értelme (vagy épp értelmetlensége), a szervezeti abszurditás, vagy az egzisztenciális szorongás, amit gyakran összetévesztünk a stresszel.
		Az egzisztenciális coaching sokszínű, sokféle területtel, technikával, módszerrel dolgozik, ahogy a filozófiai háttere is sokszínű. Søren Kierkegaard maga nem volt egzisztencialista gondolkodó, ám az ő gondolatai jelentették az egzisztencializmus ősforrását. Az egzisztenciális coachinggal foglalkozó szerzők ritkán mennek vissza elemzéseikben egészen Kierkegaard-ig. Érthető módon sokkal több figyelmet kapnak az egzisztencializmus klasszikusai, Heidegger, Sartre, de még a fenomenológiát kidolgozó Husserl is. Éppen ezért lehet érdekes mélyebbre menni az időben – és a gondolatokban.
		E tanulmányban arra a kérdésre keresem a választ, hogyan formálta Kierkegaard filozófiája a XX. századi fenomenológia és egzisztencializmus közvetítésével a mai egzisztenciális coaching alaptémáit és fő megközelítésmódjait. Mi az, amit jobban megérthetünk, ha visszanyúlunk e megközelítésmód eredeti filozófiai gyökereihez?},

	abstract = {Although elaborating a mathematical heuristic was not the main concern of Imre Lakatos, the methodology of Proofs and Refutations (P&R) played a central role in his philosophy as it made the foundation of his MSRP (Methodology of Scientific Research Programs). The method of proofs and refutations is treated by him as the heuristics of new, young mathematical theories, where the foundations are not (yet) axiomatized, but the whole field is rather quasi-empirical. This was the main idea of how to extend these heuristics to all empirical sciences (MSRP). In P&R we learn various forms of heuristics, some of them are superficial, but some of them can help to develop our theorems. Lakatos emphasizes that the depth of learning from a counterexample is based on the heuristics we use. This is how his concept can be connected to the Reflective Practice (RP) of Donald Schön. The thesis of the paper is that Lakatos in his P&R shows us ideas for different forms of reflective practice: some of them are superficial which results in ad hoc changes, but some of them go deeper and help the development of our knowledge.},

	abstract = {The theme of the workshop is our freedom to evolve. From the experience of inner freedom, we make an inner step of individual development – everyone in their own way, everyone in their own space. Then we make a movement that can already be seen and experienced by others: it has become objectified. There will be those who connect to it and find their own ways how to carry it on, while there will be those who don’t. Everyone only connects when his or her own time for change arrives when experiencing — inside or outside — what inspires a change. And then he makes his own gesture that expresses his change.
		This is how evolution will be common: everyone goes their own way, in their own space, but we connect with each other, inspire each other, and thus something is created that already affects us together. At the beginning and end of the workshop, participants are invited to connect with the world in and around them. Observe where they started from and experience the change that has taken place, and if they think, share their experiences with others.},
