AB  - Cet article donne un aperçu des traductions françaises de prose et de théâtre sur le marché hongrois du
livre entre 2000 et 2020. L’analyse quantitative et qualitative est basée sur les données de la
Bibliothèque nationale de Hongrie comprenant 39 792 entrées, dont 2 479 sont des traductions du
français. L’analyse se concentre sur la position du français par rapport aux autres langues sources, sur la
répartition des traductions en fonction de leur genre littéraire et sur les éditeurs activement impliqués
dans la publication de la littérature française. Les résultats indiquent que le français occupe la troisième
place après l’anglais et l’allemand, avec 6,2 % des enregistrements de l’échantillon, et qu’il est rarement
utilisé comme langue intermédiaire pour la traduction. Les romans sont le genre le plus fréquemment
traduit, tandis que les traductions d’œuvres dramatiques sont sporadiques. Les trois éditeurs les plus
actifs dans le domaine de la traduction française en Hongrie sont un éditeur de littérature classique et
contemporaine, un éditeur de livres numériques et un éditeur de littérature jeunesse.

This article provides an overview of French translations of prose and drama on the Hungarian book
market between 2000 and 2020. The quantitative and qualitative analysis is based on data from the
National Library of Hungary comprising 39,792 entries, of which 2,479 are translations from French.
The analysis focuses on the position of French compared to other source languages, the distribution of
translations according to their literary genre, and publishers actively involved in the publication of
French literature. Results indicate that French ranks third after English and German, accounting for 6.2%
of the records in the sample, and is rarely used as an intermediary language for translation. Novels are
the genre most frequently translated, while translations of dramatic works are sporadic. The three most
active publishers of French translations in Hungary comprise one publisher of classic and contemporary
literature, one of digital books and one of children’s literature.

AB  - Az egyre inkább kompetitív akadémiai világban nélkülözhetetlenek az egyénre szabott, de általánosan érvényes tudást is magukban foglaló tudománystratégiák, amelyek évekre, sőt évtizedekre meghatározhatják egy akadémiai életút minőségét, sikerét. A Tudománystratégia című tanulmánykötet célja, hogy ezen a nehézségekkel teli úton segítse eligazodni a kutatókat.

A szerzők, a Nemzeti Közszolgálati Egyetem Tudománystratégiai Osztályának munkatársai, maguk is aktív kutatók. Osztályuk küldetésével összhangban a kötet írásakor sok gyakorlati példával és esettanulmánnyal igyekeztek rávilágítani, hogyan találjon egy fiatal kutató a témájához illő folyóiratot, a rangos nemzetközi szakfolyóiratok milyen nyelvi, tartalmi, logikai elvárásokat támasztanak vele szemben, milyen módszertant alkalmazzon a kutatásához, hogyan ütemezze a kutatási projektjeit, vagy miként tervezze előre a tudományos karrierjét.

A szerzők reményei szerint az egyes fejezetekben ismertetett jógyakorlatok beépülnek majd az olvasók személyes tudománystratégiájába, és hozzásegítik őket, hogy szakmai álmaikat hatékonyan, kerülő utak nélkül valósítsák meg.
