Although climate litigation is not a new phenomenon, a specific strand of climate litigation is now gaining impetus owing to the success garnered in Urgenda and the Klimabeschluss : litigation focusing on states’ omitting to lawfully regulate emission targets. This paper presents the context of novel climate litigation in the face of Russian aggression and the ensuing disincentives to promote ambitious reduction goals, proceeding to describe the arguments and findings in the two landmark cases and their effects on future climate litigation as seen in the example of the climate petition pending before the Hungarian Constitutional Court.}, year = {2024}, pages = {1-23} } @techreport{MTMT:34428550, title = {Is there such a thing as soft wording?}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34428550}, author = {Láncos, Petra Lea and Eljalill, Tauschinsky}, unique-id = {34428550}, year = {2023} } @article{MTMT:34401404, title = {What Should Be the Language of (Hungarian) Legal Scholarship?}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34401404}, author = {Láncos, Petra Lea}, journal-iso = {HUNGARIAN YEARBOOK OF INTERNATIONAL LAW AND EUROPEAN LAW}, journal = {HUNGARIAN YEARBOOK OF INTERNATIONAL LAW AND EUROPEAN LAW}, volume = {11}, unique-id = {34401404}, issn = {2666-2701}, year = {2023}, eissn = {2666-271X}, pages = {9-17} } @article{MTMT:34285823, title = {Szupranacionális jogalkotás tolmácsok segítségével}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34285823}, author = {Láncos, Petra Lea}, journal-iso = {PARLAMENTI SZEMLE}, journal = {PARLAMENTI SZEMLE}, volume = {VIII}, unique-id = {34285823}, year = {2023}, eissn = {2498-597X}, pages = {95-104} } @article{MTMT:34169978, title = {The Right to an Interpreter in Hungarian Administrative Law: The Legal and Sociological Context of Regulatory Reform}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34169978}, author = {Láncos, Petra Lea and Hajas, Barnabás}, journal-iso = {REV EUR ADMIN LAW}, journal = {REVIEW OF EUROPEAN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW}, volume = {15}, unique-id = {34169978}, issn = {1874-7981}, year = {2023}, eissn = {1874-7973}, pages = {7-28} } @article{MTMT:34165142, title = {A tolmácsoláshoz való jog szabályozása az Ákr.-ben}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34165142}, author = {Láncos, Petra Lea and Hajas, Barnabás}, journal-iso = {MAGYAR JOGI NYELV}, journal = {MAGYAR JOGI NYELV}, volume = {7}, unique-id = {34165142}, issn = {2560-0249}, year = {2023}, eissn = {2560-0257}, pages = {1-11} } @misc{MTMT:34157253, title = {Hungarian Yearbook of International Law and European Law}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34157253}, author = {Láncos, Petra Lea and Szabó, Marcel and Gyeney, Laura}, unique-id = {34157253}, year = {2023} } @article{MTMT:34139445, title = {New technologies in the court. With the outbreak of the COVID pandemic, courts around the world struggled to continue adjudication, turning to the solution of remote hearings and hybrid interpreting to comply with requirements of both health policy and the right to linguistic presence in judicial proceedings.
