	abstract = {We would like to present a pilot function of the e-learning framework of the University of Dunaújváros with its renewed functionality and the benefits that can be associated with it. The sharing of online educational content and online pedagogy is becoming more and more prevalent and accepted in higher
		education. In order to meet the expectations of students and teachers, we are trying to use the Moodle framework as a platform for communication, knowledge acquisition and assessment. Student activity, the use of functions set up with different parameters, is administered, and statements and
		evaluations are made. The evaluation system will be made more enjoyable for the students by using the ranking and highlighting systems familiar in gaming software. We assess the effectiveness of the student-centeredness of the designed service, its possibilities and its motivational impact on the students, by evaluating the competitive feelings that are learned in the game basics. In this study, we discuss the results obtained after the introduction of the new system and the conclusions that can be drawn from them. Of note is the change in the amount of measurable activity in the framework and the distribution of the types of content clickable. In the concluding part of the paper, we will focus on further development directions, as well as on connected services and directions for further development, and try to make suggestions. The further development described in the paper is basically a successful implementation of the competitive motivation measurement, but further fine-tuning and linked services are needed.},

	abstract = {The digitalization of learning, and student-centered and learning outcome-based approaches provide many opportunities for leadership training. This study aims to present a program for the online development of management competencies in a higher education environment by examining aspects of leadership training. It presents the results of the first round of PILOT implementation. A comprehensive overview of the key aspects of leadership
		development is provided, which lays the foundations for the main directions of online training. The study describes the structure of the online leadership training and the design of its platform. Based on the data from the two-semester program, it examines the feasibility and effectiveness of the courses and the factors that impact them.},

A vonatkozó elméleti háttér rövid felvezetése után egy megvalósítási fázisban lévő integrációs projekt részleteit mutatjuk be, amely a két intézmény szervezeti- és szakmakultúrájának összehangolását, a technikum menedzsmentjének vezetőképzését, valamint az oktatók módszertani fejlesztését helyezi
		a fókuszba. A fejlesztés és megvalósítás a harmadik missziónak egy újszerű összetevőjére alapozva a Dunaújvárosi Egyetem által kidolgozott Képzési Életpályamenedzsment Program egy meghatározó részletét mutatja be. Az oktatás- és tanulásszervezés gördülékenységének előmozdítása, valamint a két intézmény közötti együttműködés fejlesztése érdekében kezdtük meg a munkanéven HRM-re (Human Resource Management – Emberi Erőforrás Menedzsment) keresztelt, a technikum mint intézmény szervezetfejlesztését célzó projektünket. A tanulmány tárgyalja az HRM-projekt fogalmi hátterét, középpontba helyezve az oktatási intézményt, valamint a vezetés és szervezetfejlesztés főbb kérdéseit. Részletesen áttekinti a fejlesztés folyamatát, meghatározó elemeit, kitérve azok céljára és rendszerszintű illeszkedésére az egyetem és a technikum oktatásszervezési rendszerében.
		
		
		The aim of the study is to present the common good practice of the University of Dunaújváros and the Bánki Donát Secondary Technical School, which is maintained by the University. After a brief introduction of the relevant theoretical background, we present the details of an integration project in the implementation phase, which focuses on the harmonisation of the organisational and professional culture of the two institutions, the management training of the institution’s management and the methodological development of the trainers. The development and implementation of a novel component of the
		third mission, based on the Training Career Management Programme developed by the University of Dunaújváros, will be presented as a key detail. In order to promote the smooth organisation of teaching and learning and to improve cooperation between the two institutions, we have launched a project called HRM (Human Resource Management), which aims to improve the organisation of the Technical University as an institution. The paper discusses the conceptual background of the HRM project, focusing on the educational institution and the main issues of management and organisational development. It provides a detailed overview of the process of development, its key elements, its purpose and its systemic integration in the educational organisation system of the university and the technical college.},

	abstract = {Automation, robots, and artificial intelligence are becoming an integral part of our lives. These areas go hand in hand with the exponential development of some technical solutions. This study is partly about the future, but also provides a thematic mix of the present and contributes to the understanding of the paradigm shift in the use of artificial intelligence. The emergence of OpenAI ChatGPT is briefly presented as one of the latest achievements in the development of artificial intelligence. We then present some international studies on the impact of this innovative solution on the field of education. We will then seek answers to the following questions: Does artificial intelligence endanger the quality of education? Can students use it to solve problems? Has the development of artificial intelligence reached a level that could give rise to this concern? The present study explores the applicability of AI by focusing on the above issues. Az e-Bánki-projekt célja a szakképzési oktatás digitális támogatása, új módszertani elemek beillesztése a tanulási-tanítási folyamatba. A tanulói sikeresség támogatása érdekében digitális tananyagok kidolgozására, felzárkóztatásra és tehetséggondozásra kerül sor. A tananyagok tankönyvi ismereteket tartalmazó írott tananyagot, videóalapú magyarázatokat, prezentációkat és tanulást segítő kérdéseket, feladatokat tartalmaznak. E négyes kombináció hatékonyan segíti elő az ismeretek elsajátítását a különböző tantárgyakból, illeszkedve az eltérő generációk tanulási és információszerzési szokásaihoz. A projekt folyamán elvégzett tevékenységeket a technikumi tanulók részére létrehozandó életpályamodellnek, azaz az egyetem, mint integráló szervezet részéről társadalmi felelősségvállalás körébe tartozónak, harmadik missziós tevékenységnek tekintjük. A tanulmány tárgyalja az e-Bánki-projekt fogalmi hátterét, középpontba helyezve a generációs sajátosságokat, valamint az IKT meghatározó szerepét.
