It assesses how these clusters influence stakeholder engagement strategies and decision-making across local, national, and global scales. The analysis reveals synergies and divergences between ML and EL, emphasizing their combined potential in addressing the socio-economic and environmental facets of sustainability. The findings highlight the importance of collaborative ML and EL efforts in fostering systemic change underscoring the pivotal role of local actors in multilevel governance for sustainable development. The Jordanian government and universities recognized this potential and took steps to foster a digital entrepreneurship culture. However, despite these efforts, universities in Jordan have been relatively slow in supporting and integrating digital entrepreneurship culture. This study investigated the factors influencing digital entrepreneurship intention among 399 undergraduate students in Jordan. Partial Least Squares Modeling was used to analyze the data. The empirical findings indicated that digital entrepreneurship intention is directly influenced by attitude towards entrepreneurship and perceived behavioral control and indirectly by personality traits. However, subjective norms, digital literacy, and perceived university support did not significantly impact it. The findings of this study contribute to the growing body of knowledge on the role of digital literacy and socio-psychological factors in driving digital entrepreneurial intentions, offering valuable insight for future policy initiatives and educational strategies. Methods: Our aim was to investigate possible associations between comorbidities and 16 inherited/acquired “severe” and “mild” laboratory thrombophilic factors (detailed in introduction) in patients (n=348) with VTE/ATE without a serious trigger (high-risk surgical intervention, active cancer and/or chemo-radiotherapy). Cases with VTE/ATE were enrolled when the thrombotic event occurred under the age of 40, in case of positive family history, recurrent thromboembolism, idiopathic event or unusual location. Patients without a detailed thrombophilia screening or who suffered from both ATE/VTE were excluded to find potential distinct thrombosis type specific thrombophilic risks. The possible role of “mild” factor accumulation was also investigated in VTE (n=266). Results: Elevation of factor VIII clotting activity was associated with VTE rather than ATE. Varicose veins together with postthrombotic syndrome were strongly related to several “mild” factors. Besides “severe” we found that the “mild” thrombophilic factors were also strongly associated with VTE/ATE. Comorbidities/conditions such as diabetes and smoking were generally associated with hyperlipidemia; moreover, both had a correlation with lipoprotein (a) in VTE. We also revealed an important contribution of “mild” factors in increasing trends of several types and localizations of VTE. Conclusion: In summary, besides the “severe” thrombophilic factors, the “mild” ones also seem to play a non-negligible role in the manifestation of thrombosis, especially in combination. Therefore, an extended screening might be useful in the personalized recommendation of antithrombotic prophylaxis. In addition, this study aims to determine the author who has made the most significant contribution to this particular field. This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the historical development and current trends in sustainable food consumption research, examining 2265 articles published between 1990 and 2023. Using the bibliometrics package of R Studio software version 4.2.1 and its Biblioshiny package, articles from the Scopus and Web of Science databases are examined. In the field of sustainable food consumption, we identify five distinct research phases: initial stagnation, infant growth, post-economic crisis, expanding phase and COVID-19 and post-pandemic. While research on broader sustainability topics can be traced back to the early 20th century, a very limited number of articles on sustainable food consumption was published in the 1990s. However, the number of publications increased incrementally over time, with a notable uptick in interest around 2015, and the subject was still being discussed in 2022. The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic marked the beginning of the most recent phase of research, which analyzed the consumption patterns of consumers before and after the pandemic. Our study highlights key authors, documents and sources related to sustainable food consumption. The United States, Italy and the United Kingdom emerged as the most active contributors to the research on sustainable food consumption and were additionally the countries with the largest global market shares for organic products. Major sub-themes including organic food, food waste, sustainable development and food security, together with consumer behavior and organic products appeared as being the most researched sub-themes of recent times. The results of this study suggest that more research is related to sustainable food consumption in countries with a low organic food market share. In addition, the investigation of actual data on food waste, carbon footprints and greenhouse gas emissions resulting from food production and consumption is essential to gain holistic insights. Along with climate change, EU countries must address energy security and dependency issues, exacerbated by factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic, rising energy costs, conflicts between Russia and Ukraine, and political instability. Diversifying energy sources, generating renewable energy, increasing energy efficiency, preventing energy waste, and educating the public about environmental issues are proposed as several strategies. The study draws the conclusion that central European countries may transition to a clean energy economy and become carbon neutral on economic and strategic levels by locating alternative clean energy supply sources, reducing energy use, and producing renewable energy. According to the study, the EU energy industry can be decarbonised and attain energy security using three basic strategies, such as supply diversification, energy savings, and quicker adoption of renewable energy to replace fossil fuels. The energy transformation industry still needs to improve energy efficiency, incorporate a circular and sustainable bioeconomy, and support renewable energies, including solar, wind, hydropower, nuclear, and hydrogen. Specifically, this paper contributes to the academic debate on the relationship between CS and IR in agri-food economics using firm-level data. The study used quantitative pathway models to measure the extent to which technologies affect the development of social, ecological and economic factors in Hungarian food manufacturing companies. The research was conducted using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-PM) and categorical principal component analysis (CATPCA) to calculate the direct and indirect effects of IR technologies on profitability outcomes. This study has shown that the livable and sustainable path hypotheses can be confirmed. Consequently, the food manufacturing businesses whose managers think along the viable and sustainable lines tend to be more profitable. However, the ecological and economic factors strengthened the positive impact of the social dimension on food corporate profitability. Decision-makers should not wait for a pie in the sky for emerging sustainability but consciously embrace the CS issues that only provide a direction for the changes. LA - English DB - MTMT ER -
