A tanulmányban kamaszok részvételével folytatott családterápiás esetrészleteken keresztül mutatjuk be a módszer nyújtotta lehetőségeket, illetve a módszer lehetséges variációit, a rajzolástól az EMOTH terápiás eszköz használatáig.}, year = {2024}, pages = {85-105}, orcid-numbers = {Sallay, Viola/0000-0003-1326-1704; Martos, Tamás/0000-0001-5946-1299} } @article{MTMT:34744387, title = {The Processometric Consensus Rorschach Test (pCRT-II) – An Improved Evaluation System. We present the development and first psychometric evaluation of the processometric Consensus Rorschach Test II (pCRT-II), which introduces several innovations to previous coding systems. Using the pCRT-II, couple communication can be assessed on dimensions of dominance, constructiveness, and emotional closeness. Intercoder reliability was demonstrated using intraclass correlations in three coders’ 15 pCRT-II protocols. Results showed that trained coders can code the three pCRT-II dimensions reliably. Moreover, we assessed the interactions of 155 heterosexual couples using the pCRT-II. Internal consistency tests of the scores of the three dimensions of the pCRT-II on the 10 Rorschach cards separately aggregated by gender indicated that the reliability of the scales is adequate. We also administered the Dyadic Coping Inventory (DCI) and the Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS) to a subsample of 134 couples and tested the associations of the scales with the pCRT-II dimensions using the actor–partner interdependence model (APIM). Results demonstrated that pCRT-II has adequate concurrent validity. Based on the findings, the coding system is promising in that it can be used to gain new insights into the functioning of couples by examining their communication processes in detail.}, year = {2024}, eissn = {2151-206X}, pages = {83-103}, orcid-numbers = {Tóth-Vajna, Rita/0009-0001-4246-7085; Szatmári, Zsolt/0009-0007-3574-3241; Martos, Tamás/0000-0001-5946-1299} } @article{MTMT:34738027, title = {Bisexual Women in a Romantic Relationship: Coming out and Internalized Binegativity in Same/Different Gender Couples}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34738027}, author = {Isolani, Stefano and Pistella, Jessica and Chiarolanza, Claudia and Baldi, Michela and Masturzi, Alessio and Randall, Ashley K. and Lannutti, Pamela J. and Gandhi, Yuvamathi and Martos, Tamás and Rosta-Filep, Orsolya and Basili, Emanuele and Baiocco, Roberto}, doi = {10.1080/15299716.2024.2321624}, journal-iso = {Journal of Bisexuality}, journal = {Journal of Bisexuality}, unique-id = {34738027}, issn = {1529-9716}, year = {2024}, eissn = {1529-9724}, pages = {1-22}, orcid-numbers = {Isolani, Stefano/0000-0002-3660-248X; Pistella, Jessica/0000-0002-4133-0503; Chiarolanza, Claudia/0000-0002-8726-4724; Baldi, Michela/0000-0002-5110-4331; Masturzi, Alessio/0000-0002-5640-291X; Randall, Ashley K./0000-0003-3794-4163; Lannutti, Pamela J./0000-0003-1547-9205; Gandhi, Yuvamathi/0000-0001-6561-8184; Martos, Tamás/0000-0001-5946-1299; Basili, Emanuele/0000-0001-8396-9519; Baiocco, Roberto/0000-0002-6372-3762} } @article{MTMT:34518953, title = {Balancing identity, construction, and rules: Family relationship negotiations during first-generation succession in family businesses}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34518953}, author = {Sallay, Viola and Wieszt, Attila and Varga, Szabolcs and Martos, Tamás}, doi = {10.1016/j.jbusres.2023.114483}, journal-iso = {J BUS RES}, journal = {JOURNAL OF BUSINESS RESEARCH}, volume = {174}, unique-id = {34518953}, issn = {0148-2963}, abstract = {This article identifies how relationship-regulation processes between family members support or hinder the succession process in family businesses during first-generation succession. We analyzed interviews with incumbents and successors from twelve first- generation family firms. We found that intrafamily succession is driven by relational negotiation processes organized around three main domains: negotiating the shared identity of the incumbent and successor, their shared construction regarding succession, and shaping the family rules that frame the process. In the proposed theoretical model, their common construction is represented by the metaphor of a bridge built ‘brick by brick’ as a result of their relationship regulation processes. Relationship negotiations around shared identity served as a basis for their common construction, while negotiations on family rules shaped its framework. Findings suggest a dynamic and relationship-oriented approach to succession wherein the role of planning is not central and relationship negotiations regulate the achievement of the succession.}, year = {2024}, eissn = {1873-7978}, orcid-numbers = {Sallay, Viola/0000-0003-1326-1704; Wieszt, Attila/0000-0003-2956-1904; Martos, Tamás/0000-0001-5946-1299} } @article{MTMT:33127585, title = {Validation of the PCQ-5: A Short Form to Measure State Positive Psychological Capital}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/33127585}, author = {Szerdahelyi, Miklós János and Paterson, Ted A. and Huang, Lei and Martos, Tamás and Komlósi, László Imre}, doi = {10.1177/10596011221127383}, journal-iso = {GROUP ORGAN MANAGE}, journal = {GROUP & ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT}, volume = {49}, unique-id = {33127585}, issn = {1059-6011}, abstract = {Positive psychological capital (PsyCap) is a key measure of workplace positivity, yet its organizational impact may be somewhat limited by current measurement practices. Given its state-like and malleable nature, organizations need accurate yet brief measures to allow for repeated measurement of PsyCap. A very short PsyCap instrument could be used in various ways by organizations to measure and track employee positivity, thus enabling management to make decisions with more insight. Similarly, for researchers, a much shorter scale could dramatically improve research efficiency and response rate, opening up new perspectives in PsyCap research. In this paper, initial evidence is provided for the validity of a short PsyCap measure across multiple samples of working adult populations ( N = 1331 in total) from four different countries (United States, China, Germany, and Hungary). Consistent with prior research, we propose a five-item PsyCap measure, the PCQ-5, consisting of one item from the dimensions of self-efficacy, resilience, and optimism and one item for each facet of the hope dimension (agency and pathways). The proposed PCQ-5 shows internal consistency reliability and good fit for a single factor global PsyCap model across all samples. Moreover, like the PCQ-24, the PCQ-5 is associated with meaningful workplace outcomes such as job performance, job satisfaction, OCBs, voice, and helping behaviors, and it is negatively related to deviant behaviors like CWBs.}, year = {2024}, eissn = {1552-3993}, pages = {215-245}, orcid-numbers = {Paterson, Ted A./0000-0003-4840-9449; Martos, Tamás/0000-0001-5946-1299} } @article{MTMT:34444901, title = {Internalisierte Transnegativität, Resilienzfaktoren und psychische Gesundheit in einer Stichprobe geschlechtlicher Minderheiten in Deutschland und der Schweiz}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34444901}, author = {Stein, Katharina van and Kleinn, Noah and Randall, Ashley K. and Lannutti, Pamela J. and Gandhi, Yuvamathi and Martos, Tamás and Meuwly, Nathalie and Rosta-Filep, Orsolya and Siegel, Magdalena and Ditzen, Beate and Fischer, Melanie S.}, doi = {10.1026/1616-3443/a000730}, journal-iso = {Z KL PSYCH PSYCHOTH}, journal = {ZEITSCHRIFT FUR KLINISCHE PSYCHOLOGIE UND PSYCHOTHERAPIE: FORSCHUNG UND PRAXIS}, volume = {52}, unique-id = {34444901}, issn = {1616-3443}, abstract = {Zusammenfassung: Theoretischer Hintergrund: Trans*, inter* und nichtbinäre Personen erfahren Diskriminierung und weisen im Vergleich zur Gesamtpopulation eine höhere Prävalenz von affektiven und Angststörungen auf.
