	abstract = {Az NSZKK Toxikológiai Szakértői Intézetében 2014. jan. 1. és 2018. dec. 31. között
		609, feltehetően pszichoaktív szert használó, balesetet okozó gépjárművezető vér-, ill.
		vizeletmintáját analizáltuk klasszikus kábítószerekre (KKSZ), gyógyszerekre és új pszichoaktív
		anyagokra (NPS), az adatok feldolgozása az SZTE SZAOK Igazságügyi Orvostani Intézetében
		történt.
		Célkitűzés: Annak vizsgálata, hogy (1) változott-e az említett populáció pszichoaktív
		szerhasználatának struktúrája a vizsgálati periódus során? (2) Milyen volt a közlekedési
		balesetek időbeli, illetve típus és kimenetel szerinti megoszlása? (3) Van-e összefüggés a
		balesetek típusa, kimenetele és a szerfogyasztás között? (4) A leggyakrabban használt
		pszichoaktív szerek és gyakoribb kombinációik prevalenciájának összehasonlítása a
		feltehetően pszichoaktív szereket használó gépjárművezetőkével.
		Eredmények: A 609 vizsgált személy (437 férfi és 59 nő) 81%-a bizonyult pozitívnak.
		Klasszikus kábítószereket (KKSZ) 228 személy (korcsoport max.: 25-34 év), gyógyszereket 217
		fő (korcsoport max.:35-49 év), stimuláns NPS-t (sNPS) 31 személy (korcsoport max.: 25-34
		év), szintetikus kannabinoidokat (SC) 82 személy (korcsoport max.: 18-24 év) mintájából
		lehetett kimutatni. Évek szerint vizsgálva a KKSZ, a gyógyszer és a SC-ok használata
		folyamatosan emelkedett, az sNPS gyakorisága 2016-tól jelentősen csökkent. A balesetek
		száma a hétvégéken, egy napon belül 12 és 18 óra között, illetve ősszel és télen mutatott
		maximumot. Éves összehasonlításban az anyagi kárral és személyi sérüléssel járó balesetek
		aránya nem változott, a halálos baleseteké a 2014-es 3%-ról 9-12%-ra emelkedett. A halálos
		balesetek okozóinál leggyakrabban amfetamin, kokain és THC, az anyagi kárral és személyi
		sérüléssel járó balesetek okozóinál főként alprazolam, clonazepam, amfetamin és 5F-MDMBPINACA volt kimutatható.
		Megbeszélés: A pszichoaktív szerek gyakoriságát a feltételezett pszichoaktív szereket
		használó gépjárművezetőkével összehasonlítva azt találtuk, hogy azoknak a száma, akiknek a
		mintájában aktív komponensként egy benzodiazepin, vagy két benzodiazepin kombinációja
		volt jelen, szignifikánsan magasabb volt a balesetet okozó gépjárművezetők körében. Az
		eredmények szerint a benzodiazepinek okozta baleseti kockázat magasabbnak tűnik, mint
		azt korábban gondoltuk. Mivel arra nem volt lehetőség, hogy különbséget tegyünk a
		benzodiazepineket orvosi előiratra, illetve alkalomszerűen használók között csak
		feltételezhetjük, hogy a vezetők többsége abúzus-szerűen használta ezeket a származékokat.},

	abstract = {The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted health policy and the functioning of the health care system everywhere in the world. The disease and the related deaths also had a significant impact on the life- and health-insurance industry. The post-COVID diseases and the related longer-term or permanent health damage and disability are also a challenge for the insurance sector; just as whether or not to take the vaccine, possible vaccination complications can also be a subject of debate.
		The presentation tries to map thelife- and health-insurance aspects of the pandemic, to present by cases the problems that have arisen so far and to give some aspects for the medical assessment from the point of health-insurance medicine.
		From a theoretical point of view, the liability of health care givers during COVID care and  the potential COVID-related malpractices, is also going to be analyzed.},

	abstract = {Fitness to drive a motor vehicle is one of the most common experts’ procedures in health care, as an opinion must be obtained for every first driver's license, every extension and during the extraordinary examinations. In the presentation, we summarize the purpose of the examination of fitness. We analyze whether the medical tools of the current regulation meet this goal, which goal is the prevention of accidents and death.
		Based on international and Hungarian accident statistics and the examination of the causes of accidents, we present the minimal role of chronic diseases among the root causes, while disorders of behavior, personality, and conflict management are the basis of the most common irresponsible driving behavior, including alcohol, pharmaceuticals and drug use and addiction too. 
		The five most important causes of accidents are drunkenness, speeding, failure to use seat belts, failure to use child seats and failure to use crash helmets by motorcyclists. According to major international studies, only 5-6% of accidents occur due to chronic illness, while the above listed factors are related to the driver's irresponsible behavior and bad attitude towards traffic. Driving during acute, temporary illnesses is also irresponsibility of the driver, which cannot be screened or guessed by a preliminary medical examination.
		The Hungarian regulations react each of the five listed factors, but this is hardly noticeable in the accident statistics, presumably due to the lack of control and the low number of PÁV tests that also examine psychological elements. 
		Our conclusion is that, instead of the current preliminary opinion, the recognition of becoming unfit and the diagnosis of psychological and behavioral unfitness, and in these cases the prohibition from driving, should be significantly more emphasised. In practice, we see the signaling of unfitness in the case of only a few diseases. Although the legislation imposes this task on clinicians, there are no standardized training materials or manuals that would help with this, and it is not a mandatory or expected part of either graduate or postgraduate medical education.},
