We have analysed the service characteristics of the current shared mobility services-taxi, ride-sourcing, ride-sharing, car rental, peer-to-peer car-sharing, and business-to-consumers car-sharing–and accordingly we determined how they would change when AVs are implemented into these services. The Lean Canvas is used to prepare the new BM, assuming the convergence of the current shared mobility services' BMs. We found that a customized travel fee and involvement of private AV owners in the service will alter revenue streams and customer segments, but modifications of key metrics and channels are not needed. According to the elaborated results, shared mobility companies can determine alterations in their BMs, strategy, and targets. Our research objective is to propose a method to locate the PUDO spots for shared autonomous vehicle-based mobility services as this topic has been barely studied. The number of required PUDO spots is calculated, and the location is chosen considering the urban environment, walking radius, vehicle occupancy, and time for boarding and alighting among other parameters. Different from some methods applied to shared mobility, we consider the existing infrastructure (e.g., parking spaces) as potential locations for PUDO spots. The method is applied to a study case, demonstrating the applicability and providing the main findings: (i) the required number of PUDO spots decreases if willingness to walk increases; (ii) with a 3-min walking radius, 83% of curbside parking spaces can be repurposed, and 100% is reached with a 10-min walking radius; (iii) the minimum of 55% of curbside parking spaces can be repurposed with 10-min walking radius and without locating PUDO spots in private parking. Using our method, cities can determine the quantity of PUDO spots and their locations, being prepared in advance for the required changes in the existing infrastructure as well as the freed-up space to be repurposed. Points to pick up travelers are required to promote safety, comfort, and higher service quality. We propose a method to calculate the demand based on current car use and locate different pick-up points for shared autonomous vehicle-based mobility services considering urban environment, available services, and users’ preferences. The method is applied as a study case providing the main findings: (i) types of pick-up points are identified based on the purposes of serving demand; (ii) as the walking radius increases, the number of pick-up points decreases; (iii) the number of pick-up points on on-street parking and sections of a street is limited by the unavailability of space and streets with low traffic. The results support future urban planning on optimization of urban space. LA - English DB - MTMT ER - TY - CHAP AU - Lauda, V. AU - Novotný, V. AU - Csiszár, Csaba AU - Kočárková, D. The problem is that the availability and efficiency of inland water transportation are heavily influenced by droughts, floods, and extreme weather conditions, and climate change will worsen it. The influence of these factors on inland waterways can be mitigated by soft measurements, such as providing information services. This study aims to reveal the most influential weather conditions and relevant information service functions covering shipment, as well as loading and storage at ports. Hence, deep interviews and an online questionnaire were conducted with relevant stakeholders. The most influential weather conditions were low water for shipment, intense precipitation and storm for loading, and high water for storage. The transportation planning could be improved by more than 1-week forecast on low water, a 5-day forecast on high water, floods, and heatwaves, and a 2-day forecast on intense precipitation, wind, and fog. The results highlight the main development areas and functions for information service developers. Megállapítottuk, hogy a plug-in hibrid járművek (PHEV) kezdeti nagyobb aránya fokozatosan csökken a tisztán elektromos járművekkel (BEV) szemben. However, full personalisation is not available yet. Customisation settings are developed in mobile appli-cations, and several semi-personalised functionalities are also involved. The quantitative analysis of relation between these two could be the reference for further de-velopment tendency of interface functions in mobile ap-plications. Thus, the research objective is identified as: the quantitative correlation analysis between semi-per-sonalisation functionalities and customisation settings. Accordingly, the multi-criteria qualitative analysis method is applied to identify the assessment aspects regarding mobile applications. The scoring method is also introduced. Then the correlation quantitative anal-ysis method is applied to calculate the correlation coef-ficient. We have assessed 25 MaaS applications regard-ing determined aspects. The correlation coefficients for each application together with the overall coefficient are calculated, the assessment results are summarised, and the correlation tendency is interpreted. According to assessment results, the correlation between custom-isation settings and semi-personalisation is not strong at current stage. Selected MaaS mobile applications are customisation setting oriented applications. Fewer manual selections are expected in further personalised services. Our results facilitate development of further personalised functions in MaaS mobile applications. Mobility as a Service (MaaS) is implemented as a platform-based, integrated mobility service, which is open to facilitate further cooperation of mobility related services. The joint operation of smart parking, smart charging, and smart grid services could be expected, as the charging and energy management of road electric vehicle is a supplementary task during parking. Considering this tendency within the MaaS framework, the research question is how the information flow coordinates the smart parking-based charging service. The research objective is to elaborate an information system concept to provide public parking-based charging service in MaaS. The system engineering, process-oriented approach is applied. The information system architecture and its main functions are elaborated, as well as the calculation method of energy power distribution regarding energy management function. Our results intend to support information system planning for such parking-based charging service. LA - English DB - MTMT ER -
