In this paper, we compiled all available data from the last 10 years related to Hungarian blind mole rat populations and assessed this information according to the following main themes: systematics, distribution and threats, and conservation actions. Based on the most recent information, national and global risk assessments are provided for the three species of Nannospalax (N. montanosyrmiensis, N. hungaricus and N. syrmiensis), currently accepted as part of the Hungarian fauna.}, year = {2024}, eissn = {2676-8607}, pages = {1-14} } @book{MTMT:34580004, title = {Közegészségügyi kártevők biológiája - képes kézikönyv}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34580004}, isbn = {9786150196831}, editor = {Bajomi, Dániel and Csorba, Gábor and Sallay, Andrea and Vas, Zoltán}, publisher = {Magyar Kártevőirtók Országos Szövetsége}, unique-id = {34580004}, year = {2024} } @article{MTMT:34112798, title = {A global approach for natural history museum collections}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34112798}, author = {Johnson, Kirk R. and Owens, Ian F. Based on a dense geographic sampling of specimens hitherto referred to these taxa and contrary to the current taxonomic view, our results indicate that all examined specimens of these taxa are representatives of a single, widely distributed and morphologically variable species, R. rex . The recognition of its geographic populations as different subspecies ( R. r. rex and R. r. paradoxolophus ) or distinct species ( R. schnitzleri ) based on morphological and acoustic data should be regarded as invalid. In the light of this revision, we also reassess the conservation status of R. rex against IUCN Red List criteria as Near Threatened.}, year = {2023}, pages = {545-556}, orcid-numbers = {Tu, Vuong Tan/0000-0002-5915-865X; Furey, Neil M./0000-0003-0439-2446; Görföl, Tamás/0000-0002-1910-4024; Hassanin, Alexandre/0000-0002-4905-8540; Arai, Satoru/0000-0001-5865-0717; Koyabu, Daisuke/0000-0002-4087-7742; Douangboubpha, Bounsavane/0000-0003-4233-3834} } @article{MTMT:34762903, title = {Denevérek és vírusok nyomában}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34762903}, author = {Görföl, Tamás and Csorba, Gábor and Győrössy, Dorottya}, journal-iso = {A FÖLDGÖMB}, journal = {A FÖLDGÖMB}, volume = {XL. évfolyam}, unique-id = {34762903}, issn = {1215-8690}, year = {2022}, pages = {17-18}, orcid-numbers = {Görföl, Tamás/0000-0002-1910-4024; Győrössy, Dorottya/0000-0003-3219-3559} } @article{MTMT:34064216, title = {First records of the Hairy-winged bat (Harpiocephalus harpia) from Nepal}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34064216}, author = {Raj Dahal, Dibya and Thapa, Sanjan and Ghimire, Rameshower and Csorba, Gábor and Bahadur Singh, Nanda}, doi = {10.14709/BarbJ.15.1.2022.05}, journal-iso = {BARBASTELLA}, journal = {BARBASTELLA}, volume = {15}, unique-id = {34064216}, issn = {1576-9720}, abstract = {Harpiocephalus is a monospecific genus including only the species Harpiocephalus harpia and is reported only from ten countries in Southeast Asia. H. harpia has been reported in several habitats but has a relatively patchy distribution, and its population monitoring and ecological studies are scarce or absent in many regions. During chiropteran surveys in 2016 and 2021, three individuals of the large Tubenosed bats (subfamily Murininae) were caught in Central and Eastern Nepal. Based on the following external morphological characteristics, the bats were distinguished from Murina spp. and identified as H. harpia: larger body, hairy and short muzzle, heavily haired feet and interfemoral membrane, long reddish hairs in dorsal pelage, white-tipped hairs over the head and neck; and whitish to greyish ventral pelage. These specimens represent the country’s first records of H. harpia and represent a remarkable extension of the specie range as it is approximately 400 km westward from its previously known distribution area.}, year = {2022}, pages = {49-52} } @{MTMT:34010198, title = {Vietnámi denevérek bioakusztikai vizsgálata}, url = {https://m2.mtmt.hu/api/publication/34010198}, author = {Győrössy, Dorottya and Szabadi, Kriszta Lilla and Csorba, Gábor and Zsebők, Sándor and Estók, Péter and Görföl, Tamás}, booktitle = {XIII.
