	abstract = {The  complexity  and  flexibility  of  contract  law, andits  ability to  meet  various  social, economic   and   technical-technological   needs,   are   indicated   by   a   number   of   theories (approaches) that offer a new approach to the processing of contracts. Among the predominanttheories one might include the following: overview of contracts from a constitutional and human rights  approach; deriving  from  this  the  contracts  related  to  private  and  family  life  (intimate contracts); by  connecting  the  concepts  of  contract  law  and  property  rights,  exploring  the specific  characteristics  of  existing  contracts;filling  the  term  "digital  contract  type"  with content; classification of different kinds of interconnection of contracts (complex contracts).The  author  dedicates  the study  to  the  topic  of whether  Hungarian  contract  law  can  meet  the challenges  created  by  digitalization,  which  have  not yet  been identified  in  all  its  details,  and what are the critical points that require consideration and action as soon as possible. After the summary  of  the  digital  legislation  of  the  European  Union the  authoridentifiesthe  effects  of digitalization in relation to the Hungarian contract lawand the special contracts resulting from digitalization. Finally, the authormakesde lege lata and de lege ferenda conclusions in light of this topic.},

	abstract = {Throughout the first decades of the 21st century there have been numerous traditional and modern impacts on Hungarian company law. As a result of the codification of Hungarian civil law, the Civil Code of 2013 incorporated the previously effective substantive legal regulations of company law. Prior to this, Hungarian company law had undergone several modifications, beginning with the change of regime in 1989, through the years of its preparation to join the European Union, and during the initial phases of digitalization. Some more recent influences are, on the one hand, either international in origin (for instance: corporate governance, compliance), or, on the other hand, approaches taken from the legal debates on company law, which have evolved with the development of the law. Modern results demand both reconsideration and synthesis, in order to enable company law to fulfil its duties and achieve its purpose.},

	abstract = {The option to deviate from a legal provision has been problematic for company law. The theoretical background of legislation is rooted in the interpretative models of company law: the investor model favouring the interests of its members (shareholder theory) and a contractual model which takes into account the stakeholders in the business relationship with the company (stakeholder theory). This article reflects on the development of the regulation’s nature of Hungarian company law; the legislator implemented a fundamental change in the central element to the governance of company law in 2013. After the modification of central regulation concept of Hungarian company law, the role of the judiciary shifted to the classification of the different default-mandatory rules. This article investigates the development of the new company law regulations concept, and the related judicial practice, and also approaches the topic from the view of interests (of creditors, employees and members), striving to create a coherent dogmatic system.},
