Thus, the need to both understand and use neural networks is appearing at an ever-increasing rate across all computer science courses. Our objectives in this project were to create a framework for creating and training neural networks for solving different problems real-life problems and for research and education, as well as to investigate the usability of our framework. To provide an easy to use framework, this research recruited five instructors who have taught ANNs at two universities. We asked thirty-one students who have previously studied neural networks to fill out an online survey about what were "the major difficulties in learning NNs" and the "key requirements in a Visual Learning Tool including the most desired features of a visualization tool for explaining NNs" they would have used during the course. We also conducted an observational study to investigate how our students would use this system to learn about ANNs. The visual presentation of ANNs created in our framework can be represented in an Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) environment thus allowing us to use a virtual space to display and manage networks. An evaluation of the effect of the AR/VR experience through a formative test and survey showed that the majority of students had a positive response to the engaging and interactive features of our framework (RKNet). © 2023, The Author(s). In particular, Data Center Networks do not always run at full capacity, which leads to significant energy consumption. This paper experiments with a range of optimization tools to find the optimal solutions for the Integer Linear Programming (ILP) model of network power consumption. The study reports on experiments under three communication patterns (near, long, and random), measuring runtime and memory consumption in order to evaluate the performance of different ILP solvers. While the results show that, for near traffic pattern, most of the tools rapidly converge to the optimal solution, CP-SAT provides the most stable performance and outperforms the other solvers for the long traffic pattern. On the other hand, for random traffic pattern, Gurobi can be considered to be the best choice, since it is able to solve all the benchmark instances under the time limit and finds solutions faster by 1 or 2 orders of magnitude than the other solvers do. These computers, based on completely new principles, can provide effective solutions to previously unsolvable problems. Regulations have already been introduced in the European Union and Hungarian law to confirm that we are getting closer to the era of quantum computers. Therefore, we believe that education and teachers should follow the development of these machines so that future students in the field of information technology, whether they are IT teachers, physicists, or programmers, are not caught unawares. In this article, we present some examples from abroad where quantum computing topics are already included at certain levels of education.
