	abstract = {The topic of this study has been the examination and comparison of the competitive balance of the Spanish and the English first leagues of soccer, called La Liga Santander and Barclays Premier League. The basis for the research project has been provided by a database of sixteen hundred elements, containing the data of the two leagues starting from the 2014/2015 season up to the 2017/2018 season. When choosing the time period for the study, we intended to avoid having to deal with the impact of Covid-19, which is why we picked exactly these competition seasons. We have primarily used statistical indicators. In the case of sports-related data, our inquiries have included the following: comparing and averaging the winning percentages per season, furthermore, the winning percentages of championship seasons, the distribution of goals scored and conceded and, finally, the calculation of the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index. Although there is one aspect of investigation according to which the competition balance of La Liga is closer to the optimal, the dispersion of winning percentages and the indicator of the goals conceded as well as the HHI index show that the Premier League is the more balanced competition of the two.},

	abstract = {A látvány csapatsportágak, különösen az európai labdarúgás bevétel-termelő képessége szignifikáns fejlődésen ment keresztül az utóbbi évtizedekben. Az európai élvonalbeli csapatok, 55 ország több mint 700 klubja éves szinten 20 milliárd eurót meghaladó összegből gazdálkodhatott az utóbbi 4 év tekintetében. Az európai klubfutball bevételeinek jelentős része származik a Big-5 bajnokságok bevételeiből. Az angol, spanyol, német, olasz és francia bajnokságok 98 csapata közül, meghatározó szerepe van a bevételek előállításában a top 20 klubnak, amelyek a teljes európai bevétel 40%-át adják. A bevételszerkezeteket vizsgálva megfigyelhető, hogy a legjelentősebb bevételi források a közvetítési bevételek, illetve a kereskedelmi és szponzorációs bevételek. Az európai klubfutball összesített bevétele a koronavírust megelőző időszakokban jelentős mértékben 7%-ot meghaladóan emelkedett átlagosan évenként, a COVID hatásait követően azonban jelentősen megtorpant a fejlődésben. A lengyel bajnokság jelentős visszaesésen, a magyar bajnokság jelentős fejlődésen ment keresztül a vizsgált 2017-2020-ig tartó időszakban, mind az összesített bevételeket tekintve, mind a csapatokra eső átlagos bevételeket tekintve. Kutatásomban a 2017-2020-as  időszakot tekintve mutatom be a Big5, magyar és lengyel bajnokságok árbevételének alakulását és megoszlását.},

	abstract = {As a result of the stadium construction wave recently observed in North America and Europe, the question of the cost-effective operation of these facilities entered the foreground. Formerly, researchers advocated that these sports facilities had no significant positive economic impact, and no considerable increasing effect can be observed in terms of workplaces, personal incomes, or local tax revenues. In recent years, however, many researchers attribute a serious economic impact to particular facilities, including the so-called multifunctional stadiums, which are used for purposes other than one particular sports activity. The aim of our study, after summarising the factors leading to the establishment of multifunctional stadiums and the most important characteristics of the completed facilities, is to demonstrate the various utilization possibilities through the case study of the Great Forest Stadium in Debrecen. As an outcome of the research, it may be concluded that the facility has all features (conference room, catering unit, own shop, etc.) that are typical for medium-sized stadiums. Besides, the services related to health sciences constitute unique elements that can be explained by the activities of the higher education institution of the city, the University of Debrecen, which considers the Third Mission activities as particularly important.},

	abstract = {The biggest question of professional sports is how to compete successfully in the global economic framework, simultaneously in terms of the sport and in economic terms. As a result, in addition to indicators measuring sports-related effectiveness, the need for an economic analysis of sport has also emerged. Most academic research into the economic aspects of sports are related to the analysis of North American major league sports, as well as to European football. Water polo is also a spectator team sport, yet its economic analysis is almost entirely missing. In this article, we present an economic analysis of the operation of five men’s water polo teams – the top four teams in terms of the sports results and one from the mid-range – competing in the highest-level national championship in Hungary. Our aim is to determine, on the basis of the analysis of the data, the relationship between effectiveness in sports and the economic background of the teams.},

	abstract = {A sportgazdaság egyik legmeghatározóbb, Európában pedig hagyományosan a legfontosabb szektora a „futballipar”. A milliók számára élményt szolgáltató futballvállalkozások közül mind sportsikerek szempontjából, mind a gazdasági mutatókat figyelembe véve kiemelkedő a Real Madrid és a Manchester United. Kutatásomban a két klub gazdasági elemzésére  vállalkoztam  az  UEFA  2019-es  riportja  és  a  Deloitte  évente  megjelenő, Football Money Leaguecímű jelentése alapján. Az adatok alapján megállapítható, hogy a közvetítési és kereskedelmi bevételek kiemelkedő mértékben meghatározzák a topklubok árbevételét, ilyen módon működésüket tekintve, amelyek mögött a média és a globalizáció hatása fedezhető fel. Továbbá a kutatás rávilágít arra, hogy a spanyol bajnokság teljes árbevétele egyenlőtlenül, míg az angol bajnokság teljes árbevétele egyenletesebben oszlik meg a csapatok között. A globalizáció a futballóriások számára biztosítja a megfelelő piacot előnyük fenntartásához, amennyiben megfelelően tudják kihasználni az évek során felépített hírnevüket, márkaértéküket, és nem felejtik el, hogy a sport világában nemcsak a gazdasági, de a sportteljesítmény is meghatározó szerepet tölt be.},

	abstract = {Multinational companies operating in the global market have a diverse system of relationships. These companies form relationships through investments and cross-border transactions that bring them into a relationship of interest, ownership and dependence with each other. It is important for stakeholders to access a statement on these groups of companies that provides an adequate, realistic picture of the enterprises. Based on separate statements, the presentation of a realistic picture cannot be ensured. The widely accepted tool that can be used to provide stakeholders with combined statements excluding internal relations of the groups of companies is consolidated accounting. This study presents the application of the European Union's mandatory accounting regulations in Hungary in accordance with the alteration of Hungarian regulations. Despite the obligations, it is also shown that the major reasons motivating these companies to transition from Hungarian to IFRS reporting are their parent companies.},
