AB  - The research analyses the potential of the building stock of industrial sites along the North-Pest railway line, using an approach that looks at the problem from a new perspective, going beyond traditional land survey methods. Through the analysis of specific examples of the industrial sites studied, the aim is to identify general correlations that will help to simplify the survey of brownfield sites. To this end, a specific approach, the "pipette method", was developed in the course of the research, in addition to the analysis of specific areas. The research does not propose specific architectural interventions, but presents an alternative approach that can help to improve the use of brownfield sites. It aims at presenting a methodological approach that supports strategic planning and informed decision making in brownfield revitalization within the possibilities of data set generation. The methodology uses a unique experimental approach without claiming completeness, but nevertheless providing a gap in the data available for the areas studied.
