	abstract = {A fenntarthatóság fogalomköre olyan fejlődést rejt magában, amely azonos fontossággal kezeli a környezeti, a társadalmi és a gazdasági célok teljesülését. A fenntartható fejlődési folyamat kielégíti a jelen szükségleteit anélkül, hogy csökkentené a jövendő generációk azon képességét, amely a saját szükségleteik kielégítését teszik lehetővé. A kutatás a fogyasztói észlelésben, magatartásban megjelenő felelősség témakörére fókuszál, s azonos fontossággal kezeli a felelős fogyasztói magatartás környezeti és társadalmi aspektusát. A környezeti aspektus esetében a természeti erőforrások felhasználása, az élőlényekkel szembeni tisztelet, az étkezési szokások és az ökológiai felelősség jelenik meg, a társadalmi aspektus esetében az emberi tényező figyelembevételével történő felelős fogyasztás áll a középpontban.},

	abstract = {The study examines the impact of leadership style on the relationship between leaders and
		employees. Leadership is an activity that influences members of an organization for a specific
		purpose in order to find a common solution to a task. A leader coordinates organizational
		functioning by considering several factors. Recently, researchers have categorized individual
		leaders in leadership style typologies. With the help of this, they were identified with
		personality traits and forms of behaviour. Nowadays, there is a growing interest in the impact
		of leadership style on organizational life as well as interpersonal relationships. The aim of the
		study is to prove the effect of leadership style, resp. its possible rejection of the relationship
		between employees and leaders. The research was conducted among companies in Southern
		Slovakia with the help of an employee and a leader questionnaire.},

	abstract = {The study focuses on cybercrime in home office, which is developing at an ever-faster pace and constantly follows new trends. The purpose of the research is to explore the relationship between the transition to working from home and the increasing trend of cybercrime. The research is based on the processing of secondary results. The method of the research is a systematic literature review and the research was done using keyword pairs (cybercrime and home office; covid and home office; cybercrime and covid). The central question of which was the relationship between working from home and the increasingly frequent cybercrime. Most companies have seen an increase in cyber-attacks during Covid-19 pandemic and the most common type of attacks are phishing messages. The study confirms the increase of cybercrime due to the recent change to online communication and work. According to the results, there is a relationship between the increasing trend of cybercrime and the increasing frequency of working from home. The post-covid cyber security priorities clearly shows the companies' initiative towards security: most of them are transforming the organization to be secure, mostly through the use of security services, training, multi-step authentication or enhanced device security want to achieve. Nowadays, the companies worldwide spend more than 55 billion dollars (per year) on a secure digital transition.},

	abstract = {This paper deals with the environmental impact of taxes. The relevance of
		the topic is given on the one hand by the climate change, which is increasingly coming
		to the fore, and on the other hand by the impact of taxes on the economy, which has
		also been in the focus of research. The natural, political, economic and, last but not least,
		the pandemic in the past few years have increasingly drawn the attention of humanity
		and the leaders of states to the importance of environmental protection. The goal of
		our study is to analyze environmental protection measures and the budgetary role of
		taxes levied in Hungary and Slovakia. As a result, conclusions will be drawn based
		on the obtained results and proposals will be formulated. The research focused on tax
		types that directly or indirectly contribute to environmental protection. We consider
		it important to present the possible effects of different tax types on environmental
		protection, as well as their economic importance. The theoretical part of the paper is
		based on scientific papers. The research is based on the analysis of secondary sources,
		primarily data published by the offices of Hungary, Slovakia, and the European Union.
		We analyze the development of the ratio of environmental taxes in relation to total
		tax revenues and GDP, as well as the changes in tax revenues from the three most
		important types of environmental taxes from 2011 to 2020.},
